I have to say that I haven't seen much in the way of discussion of vapedudes.com here, so I felt obliged after multiple good transactions with them to give them a review here.
My first order with them was for one of their in-house eGo-T kits as well as some juice (came with 3 10ml flavor choices). I've never found a caramel apple juice that tasted as much like caramel apple as the one which came with my eGo did, so flavor-wise, I was impressed.
I made a second order, and one of the items was out of stock. Rather than notify me, they made a substitution. When it arrived and I discovered this, I used the contact form on their website to ask about it, giving the order number, and after chatting with one of their customer service people for a while, I ended up getting -three- 10ml samples to replace the one (I only expected one sample, but two others came with it!)
I've done other orders since then, and every single time, I've had 100% satisfaction. If I ever have any questions, I hit the contact form on the website, and generally have a response within 24 hours (usually sooner -- I think the longest it's actually taken so far has been 12 hours). Sometimes, my orders show up with extra juice samples. I made an inquiry about a tea flavor they'd discontinued, and they're reformulating it and bringing it back in the future. They're willing to do custom blends for people who can't take PG if they're asked, too, although I haven't taken advantage of that (they tend to do 50/50 blends as their standard).
Very friendly people, good quality product. Definitely a business I'll keep frequenting, especially as I've now gotten hooked on their original cheesecake flavor.
