Hey folks! I recently had a less-than-stellar customer service issue with Vapedudes regarding a lack of response to rectify an issue with a previous order I placed. They have since more-than redeemed themselves by sending me one of their new Pyrex tanks, (not released to public as of yet, I suppose), with SS tip, as well as a 30ml bottle of their Caramel Cheesecake, (delish!), and a 10ml of Guava, PLUS a 5-pack of cartos.. all because of a single missing driptip and a lack of response to rectify it! They truly went out of their way to make things right, and I just wanted to let that me known.
ABOUT THE NEW tanks: I love their Texas Tuff tanks, (EXCELLENT deal), and if they end-up selling these new Pyrex tanks with a budget-conscious consumer in mind, they will not disappoint. The tank, in a word: Awesome. Huge refillable hole fits nearly any size nozzle, absolutely no leaking around the fill-hole or either grommet so far, very sturdy construction, (already survived a heinous drop onto concrete from nearly 4ft!), and the unit has a super-simple setup and sits perfectly flush not-only with the carto, (and I mean PERFECTLY flush with the carto), as well as my Vamo. So far I strongly prefer these over the Texas Tuff Tanks, (outside of the potential to crack as a result of dropping, being Pyrex and all), as well as my ValleyView Vapes Triple V Pyrex tanks. Vapedude's new tank is a clear winner at nearly any price point, and I do thank them for their courtesy & excellent job at rectifying the situation.
Viva la' Vapedudes!
