50/50 blends vaped on a ProVari w/Vivi Nova.

Blue Honey

I saw VapeDudes' ad on FB for a deal on a bottle, so I figured why not, I love trying out new vendors. I saw that BlueHoney was popular and well-reviewed, and I thought - meh, I enjoy blueberry as a fruit but a lot of the fruit vapes I have tried taste rather bland. There are some notes I can pick up, but nothing that evokes the sheer, gustatory joy of fresh blueberries. I hadn't really come across anything honey, either.

I must say that the vape exceeded my expectations. Not only was the scent absolutely amazing - even though the bottle has long since been emptied, I still go back to sniff it - but the vapor was thick and richly flavored too. I did get the extra flavoring, and felt myself exhaling more of a blueberry taste than I'd ever experienced in a vape. Furthermore, the honey notes were also clearly discernible, a welcome change from all the sugary tasting juices I have tried lately. The vape thus had a sweetness but not an overpowering one. I was thinking earlier about if I did have an all day vape, what would it be and I think Blue Honey would be one of the few candidates.

There are many great ejuices out there I've tried, and many more yet to try, so there are few I actually re-order. I will not only re-order Blue Honey, but I will definitely include Black Honey with it too to see how well VapeDudes pairs another of my favorites, blackberry, with that delicious honey.

Mocha Java Drizzle

Mocha Java itself is one of the most popular (and oldest) coffee blends. Mocha is a Yemeni (Arabic) bean, while Java is from Indonesia. The blend pairs the intense with the clean and bright. The Mocha Java Drizzle ejuice adds caramel and chocolate to the coffee blend.

I love coffee, if you couldn't already tell from my introduction, and would inject the stuff intravenously if I could. I like a bold, rich taste complemented with sweetness, so I enjoyed the caramel and chocolate and found it to be not too overpowering. I don't usually care for coffee-flavored vapes (how can you replicate not only the roasting of the bean, but the art of the perfect cup?), but to be fair, even though the coffee smell of the juice struck me as a bit chemically, it got better and more enjoyable as I vaped it at a higher temperature.

In fact it's a bit heavier on the caramel and chocolate in the end than I'd hoped - I can taste the coffee on exhale, but I'd prefer more balance.

Perhaps I am setting up the wrong expectations, however, and not what Vapedudes was intending in the mix they chose. "Mocha" has come to mean after all, "coffee with chocolate" not just "beans from the Mocha region." I was expecting mainly coffee flavor with a chocolatety-caramel finish, per the "drizzle" part of the name, but I got a bit of coffee with a lot of chocolate and caramel flavor. If that's your thing, this is your vape.
