As a follow-up to my previous review of VB's Cafe Mocha, I finally cracked open my 6 ml bottle of their Cappuccino.

Like the Cafe Mocha, this has been sitting for over 4 months and is also a high VG (80%) to PG (20%) mix. The liquid itself was even darker than the Cafe Mocha - pretty much opaque dark brown. However, interestingly enough, it was almost a polar opposite to the Cafe Mocha in that the main inhale was rich chocolate with a tiny bit of coffee taste on exhale (whereas the Cafe Mocha was strong coffee on inhale and slight chocolate flavor on exhale).

The juice itself has a slightly sweet chocolatey smell emanating from the bottle and the vapor was also chocolatey. I suppose I expected a touch of cinnamon as is often added to hot Cappaccino coffee drinks, but no cinnamon appeared to have been added (VB is of course famous for Cinnabomb, which I have).

The review: (20% PG/ 80% VG, no extra sweetener, 18 mg)

Flavor - 10/10 (strong chocolate on inhale, slightly sweet coffee on exhale)
Throat hit - 2/10 (little or none)
Vapor - 10/10 (more voluminous, billowing clouds!)

As a suggestion from other threads regarding what units were used for testing - I vaped this on 3 different devices to see how it would taste at different voltages (all with dripping through a delrin drip tip on a coffee-dedicated 510 LR atty):

1.) Riva - for the 3.0V - 3.2V vape
2.) Provape-1 (just received on Thursday) - for the true 3.7V vape
3.) Big Brother variable volt - for whatever voltage I wanted up to the max of about 6.5V!

Oddly enough, the taste seemed the same no matter what voltage I tried (I cranked to at least in the 5V - 5.5V-ish range on the BB). In all cases (probably due to the high VG), there was no harshness and little or no TH, allowing a direct inhale if desired. The chocolate was predominate in every case. This was a different result when compared to the Cafe Mocha (with the same VG/PG mix), that did have a decent TH.

In general, VB Cappuccino was a very rich soothing vape (given the high VG) - probably good for cool fall nights like tonight (and probably even better during winter). I was surprised that knowing how strong espresso can be, very little if any seemed to come through (almost like this should have been the Cafe Mocha and vice versa). This is literally like a cup of hot chocolate and is delicious in its own right.

Also, not unlike FSUSA's French Toast's maple-scented vapors, this one leaves amazing chocolate-scented vapors around the room. I may have to order another (bigger) bottle of this the next time. I never got chance to try this right out of the (mail)box so am not sure if any coffee flavoring mellowed completely out over the months that I've had it (in cool dark place - a little storage bin with drawers), but it's still enjoyable. It'll be interesting to finally test out the Kona that I have from them to see how much coffee flavor is in that.
