They were one of the first juice vendors I tried. Dr. Venkman was instrumental in getting me off analogs completely, and also marked my first clearo kill :). I've had only one of their flavors that I don't like [Chocolate Cherry Bomb, aka Plastic Cherry Cough Syrup], but everything else has been great. The aforementioned Venkman is one of the best Ecto Cooler inspired vapes I've tried, and No-Bake Cake is a favorite, too.

Would like to try them, too, but really wish they had a pick-up option (I'm in the same city). Seems kinda silly to pay for postage and then wait for a package when they're 10 minutes away :D

I believe that they are fixing to open a store front but not totally sure. Check their FB page.

Worse place I've ever ordered from. Ordered a tank and juice 6 weeks ago and still waiting for the tank, they left it out of the shipment. Took about 10 days just to get a reply from them. I don't care if only 2 people work there, you took my money and didn't send what I paid for. Then 2 weeks ago replied apologizing and said they are sending me the tank/tanks? And still nothing! NEVER AGAIN.

ECF needs a vendor blacklist.
Just like other forums.

ECF has over 500 registered suppliers. If you have an issue with any registered supplier you are free to post in Negative Reviews or in the Supplier forum/threads.

We don't blacklist anyone. We can't control the world. There are suppliers that are banned from the forum. You can tell if a supplier is banned because you won't be able to post a link.

They do have a very ....ty costumer service....place an order on April 18th, as of today never got the email shipping notification.....bugged them on their facebook page and they said my order shipped on April 20th and that they were gonna send me the email notification...... havent got my order or the shipping email

i understand everyone makes mistakes, but when you make a mistake not sending the biggest part of someone's order you would think they would correct it. waiting over a week just to hear back from them after 2 phone calls and 2 emails is unacceptable... now its been almost 2 weeks since they were made aware of the mistake and still nothing. i work too hard for my money to deal with that bull..... i dont care if they were moving or work a whole company shorthanded... not my problem.

guide to vaping voted them best liquid vendor of 2012 too. can't say i agree!

I got the exact same problem!
Ordered back in February, juice arrived -the rest didn't.
Got a fast reply on my first attempt to contact, they said they would ship it the same day. Nothing.

I wrote another reply on the support ticket. No reply.

A couple of weeks ago I noticed that the support ticket was deleted. So I wrote another one, still no reply as of today.

I am really disappointed with them, been far too patient.
