I just dont know whats going on with these guys... I was a big fan of their grand prairie, but the last 30 ml bottle I ordered tastes nothing like the others I have ordered. It barely has any taste and is a darker pink color compared to my other grand prairie bottles. Ive emailed them twice asking if they were maybe mixing it differently, but still no reply. Very disappointed.

more great info... on second thought maybe ill stick with mt baker since ive never had any problems with their delicious flavors, and the 15ml bottle thrown in every order is really a steal... great way to find some great new flavors

I've only bought from one vendor that sucked. Their juice is delicious & prices are great. But they took a week to ship.
I even paid for priority mail.

One week to ship is perfectly normal for juice that is mixed to order. There may a few but, offhand, I don't know of any vendor who bumps people who pay for priority mail to the front of the order queue.

That's nothing compared to the stuff I read around here.
I google every new vendor before I buy.

Yes, great juice. But extremely frustrating not to receive the rest of the order.
I've shopped online over a hundred times, never had a problem with not receiving.

i understand everyone makes mistakes, but when you make a mistake not sending the biggest part of someone's order you would think they would correct it. waiting over a week just to hear back from them after 2 phone calls and 2 emails is unacceptable... now its been almost 2 weeks since they were made aware of the mistake and still nothing. i work too hard for my money to deal with that bull..... i dont care if they were moving or work a whole company shorthanded... not my problem.

guide to vaping voted them best liquid vendor of 2012 too. can't say i agree!

Couldn´t agree more!!! I was just browsing their facebook and read other people complaining about not getting their orders and some other folks were saying their coupon codes aren´t working

In my (admittedly limited) experience with VapeDudes, they seem to me to have absolutely amazing flavor (the blue honey is my current #2 juice, and is an ADV for me w/out a doubt), but suffer at times from an overload of orders and lack of staffing.
Having said that, I do try to remain patient... I believe that we vapers get spoiled at times by certain vendors who have the ability to get us our juices/products at lightning speed with few (if any) errors committed. I can't speak to any communication/CS issues with this vendor, as I've never had any problems. What I can say is that they tend to be a bit slower with mixing/processing than certain other vendors. Again, though, I stress... be patient. What other industry has the ability to custom-manufacture a product upon order and ship it to you in 3 days? I'm not sure (strictly with regards to speed) that VapeDudes is doing anything wrong, but rather that other vendors who are super-quick are the anomaly.

Just my two cents...
