Briefly describe your problem or issueThis is crazy - I've never seen this level of customer service, and I've worked in sales my whole life. I understand the vaping community is growing and there's a lot of young, new business owners, but this is NOT how you treat your customers.
Initial Date I placed my order of $150.00 for an Orchid rta - 8/12/2014
At the time they were in stock, then they ran out of stock, but there was a message on their website saying "New stock shipping week of Sept 20th."
I waited until sept 25th - nothing.... no response to my email They do NOT list a telelphone number. I'm just wondering at what point, and whom do I go to get a refund? This seems to be a legit business, I really don't want to get my family's lawyer involved, but I will over the sheer principal and lack of customer service I've received, to teach these guys a lesson. Here's the email I received from Vapefiends, and please keep in mind i never got my $150.00 Orchid after this email, I've still not received my product, or another response since this one. This is copy and pasted from my gmail inbox:

I'm willing to wait longer for this product, but honestly the last time I spoke with anyone, the one time I spoke with someone from Vapefiends was around Halloween.

I'm honestly willing to wait another 3 months as long as I get what I paid for, but one email in 6 months is a bit ridiculous in terms of customer service... check the website today - It says return to stock Nov. 20th.... I still haven't received mine... I would think a customer who pre-paid back in August would be first priority seeing how we're almost in 2015.

Has anyone had a similar experience? Or can anyone point me to an adult at Vapefiends? Should I contact Aethertech? Not sure what they can do? Vapefiends has my $150.00 via Paypal.... Should I got to Paypal and demand a refund since nothing was shipped?
