Looking for one Black and one Blue.
After doing quite a bit of searching, those 2 colors seem to be as rare as hen's teeth. The Rainbow is available at several vendors though, even as low as $18.07 right now, at 1 well-known Chinese vendor. There's also a vendor in Canada who has them for just $10 each on Clearance, but only in SS if you could live with that instead. However, they don't ship to the US. So a friend, or another ECF member in Canada would be needed to hopefully be an intermediary for shipping.
There is 1 vendor in China (not 1 of the well-known ones though) who has both colors In Stock, for $38.99 each + S/H.
Also, there
are sites in the UK that still have the Black and the Blue ones, but they aren't cheap either. Here's what they'd cost from 1 of those UK vendors (payment via PayPal, VISA, MC, or AmEx):
