As you may or may not already know im a UK vaper and for those that know what its like to get decent efluid over here in old blighty can be more than a little ....difficult....
Now i wont diss the Chinese blends as some of them can be more than good enough for early vapeing and some of the flavours can be "acceptable" but the very heavy (almost 100%) PG mixes can make even the lightest fruit flavours have athroat hit that frankly burns and can be nothing but unpleasantness and hacking coughs. As almost all the suppliers in the country are simply repacking and selling these mixes i went looking for something a little nicer to vape with a mix i wanted without having to mix my own.
I was with more than a little luck sent by a friend and fellow vaper to Vapemate...
Nothing beats getting a flavour you want at a decent price in a vg/pg mix you can vape comfortably and Vapemate covered that perfectly with custom blends a massive variation of flavours and basic replacement equipment in the forms of wicks and wires ....
....for six months....
Now i will say before i begin properly that this is the Royal Mails problem or to be more precise the light fingered members of the postal service that somehow managed to "lose" my wire, wicks, juice and a few other things until i got frustrated enough to call the chaps at vapemate directly.
I have NEVER had better customer service PERIOD! they not only tracked the missing packages, they have carried out a full missing items investigation against the royal mail and have sent ALL of my missing items through a private courier as well as a full apology in regards to the service as it stands.
