I've ordered from them several times, never an issue.Yes they are legit, and they ship out really fast as well. Those low prices are what got me to order from them the first time, and like you i was nervous that they may be fake, but i did a google search and found them mentioned alot on here and other forums,so i went ahead and ordered, and glad i did.

Anyone order from here? The prices seem a bit too good to be true (authentic)?! Legit?

I've ordered from them a few times and they have always been good to me and the products always authentic. I had an issue with shipping once and they handled it very well. They are one of my preferred suppliers now.

Good most of the time, one package they addressed wrong and completely blew Me off when I made an inquiry :( They said "once USPS has it, there responsibility is over, Put a claim in with USPS":( I wasn't to pleased with that!
Lucky for me Canada post fixed the address error and I received my package :)

Never, I repeat - NEVER! buy anything from VapeNW. Ordered an iStick 60w kit that took over 3 weeks to arrive (I'll give them the benefit of the doubt because it was shipped to Canada). Product arrived defective, didn't report the defect within 2 days which was impossible because I didn't use the thing until almost a week after it arrived. Contacted customer support and they showed me the return policy which covers just about nothing. Complete disregard and lack of respect for it's customers.

A company that does not stand by its products so save yourself the trouble and shop somewhere else. I recommend a local shop so you can hold them to the warranty in-person.
The link to their return policy is right on the front page of their site (near the bottom). I understand your frustration, but please explain how not reading the return policy, and not checking/using the device for almost a week after receiving it is VapeNW's fault.

Claiming warranty/returning the product would imply that the product was sold without defects and became defective at a later date. This is not the case. They sold me a defective atomizer tank that was evident on first use - in my opinion 2-days is a ridiculous time-frame (you're entitled to have your own opinion on that).

I completely agree that 2 days is a very short time period, too short, but again, that is clearly spelled out in their return policy. Whenever I order from an online vendor that I'm not familiar with, I always look at their shipping and return policies in the event something should happen. Certainly I cannot be the only person that does this.
