At the Atlanta Vape Meet, My wife and I purchased two mods. One being the Bolt and the other being a RoughStack. Unfortunatly the bolt had a center pin issue on the connector, so they sent another to me. Same issue with the second as well. (Just a batch issue) - After that, I contact them again and they refunded me my money.
While my wife was using her roughstack, the mod shorted out which I believe was due to using a 510 to 510 extension. (Some have said this has happened many times using them.) - I contacted them for a replacement spring and they said they would just replace the mod.
In my book, if their product has any downfalls, the great customer service makes everything ok. They're good in my book.
