Honey + tobacco = Awesome.
It has been a while since I last had anything from Vaperite even though one of the best juices I have ever had came from them. I have finally been able to get an order in with them and found a fairly recently released juice called Organic Honey Tobacco. I am a big fan of honey tobacco liquids, having had more than a few in my lifetime. Something I am always interested in is how different vendors do their version of classic juices like RY4, Flue cured tobacco, and really any type of tobacco. If you haven't noticed yet, I really like tobacco liquids.
This bottle of juice was a little more expensive than the others ($14.50 for 18ml), but I thought that based on how much I have enjoyed their other juices that it wasn't much of a gamble. I was correct, and this juice exceeded my expectations. This is the best honey tobacco liquid I have tried yet...
Flavor: 4.25/5
I am almost positive this is a juice that is going to change with a steep, but I'm not looking forward to that actually because I don't want it to change. I received the juice earlier today and was blown away at the delicious and surprising flavor that it had. Alright, I don't know how many people reading this have tried honey mead, but this was the first thing I was reminded of. A friend of mine makes honey mead and gave me a few bottles he aged for about 5 years, it is incredible stuff. This juice has a fermented honey type of flavor, especially on the exhale. It is not overpowering, but it is very noticeable. Primarily what you taste though is Vaperites awesome organic tobacco that I also love and bought a bottle of. The flavor combination is quite magical, the honey flavor he uses is an amazing match for the tobacco. A lot of times the honey flavor people use kind of tastes like medicine to me, but this honey is like someone stuck a piece of honeycomb in the bottle. An extremely unique honey tobacco, I will be back for more.
Vapor Production: 4/5
This juice is a 50/50 blend of PG/VG and it makes killer vapor. The vapor is not quite as thick as it would be if it were 100% VG but you know what, I don't think I would want to change this juice. Awesome vapor production.
Throat Hit: 4.25/5
I have always felt like Vaperite's organic juices had some awesome throat hit, and this one is no exception. This vapor has great weight and actually gives you a little more tingle than normal in your throat.
Consistency: 3.75/5
The consistency of this juice is slightly runny, which is alright. The last time I had their organic juice it was 100% VG and possibly the thickest stuff I had ever seen. This is one of those good for just about everything consistencies.
Overall Score: 4/5
This is an amazing juice. I am only slightly curious to see how it changes with the steep, I hope it keeps the fermented type of flavor it has though because that is a truly special twist.
