Vapers Bill Of Rights

I remember why I started Vapor4Life. It was to help people stop smoking.
And I know that most of you started vaping because it was a safer alternative to smoking.
We rode on this journey together and it has been a great ride.

But as I talk to customers and vapers, I find that many are concerned that they are being forgotten about as too many companies are chasing the latest flavor or the latest mod without concern for their customers.

Many companies are doing it the right way, but too many aren't.

As someone who is for the consumer - I want us to put our heads together and create a Vapers Bill Of Rights that I want to champion around the industry.

I will be posting my thoughts, but would love your input!

My big two off the top of my head:

The vaper has the right to good customer service with "can do" attitude, not the hard to get hold of, run around, finger pointing game.

The vaper has the right to decent shipping and processing times at a fair price. (Don't charge me $10 S&H if it doesn't even leave the warehouse for five business days after I order and doesn't arrive for another week.)

Edit: remembered the third.

The vaper has the right to honest product reviews, not highly edited "Don't post the bad stuff" advertising with stars.

I could add:

Vapers have the right to be informed if any controlled ingredients are in their e-liquids and the amount of those substances, ei: nicotine, diketones, ...etc.
