For the past 15 minutes of Entering that coupon code...then hitting "go" gets me..

"The coupon code you entered couldn't be applied to any items in your order."

I've reloaded the page signed in signed out signed in and nothing works.

All I have in my shopping cart is nicotine.

What am I doing wrong?
