Having just joined ECF, we wanted to provide a little info about us and say HI!
We have been doing business for some time (about 1 year) locally in the Toledo, OH area and started with a co-op model to get unique products at reasonable prices to people in the group. However, this began to grow to the point that we had to form the business...imagine that, people like vaping

Our core values were established at the beginning but incorporated into the business when it was formed. Our values are:

Our website, vapeshot.com, is designed to be simple to navigate for both new e-cig users and the vastly experienced alike (hopefully we can keep it that way).
We have experience with a number of products but only offer a few on our website that we believe generalize to a national audience.
We work with our suppliers constantly to design and produce small runs of custom products. This is mainly done through our local affiliations but may be advertised through ECF as well. We want the ECF community to have access to everything we can offer including custom products.
If you ever have any issue with our products or service contact us! We address everything immediately (or as immediately as possible).
Warranties: As is standard for nearly all e-cig vendors, we do not accept returns on "consumables" (cartomizers and cartridges). All of our batteries come with a 60 day warranty. We also have a Free Battery program that allows for replacement over time for general wear and tear and even complete, purposeful destruction of the batteries we sell.
On a personal note: we aren't a multimillion dollar organization, the company is run and attended to by 3 (sometimes 4) people who have experience in: mail-order, business administration, accounting, web design, and procurement. We are real people and understand that you want to have an outstanding experience. You will never pay for something that you expect to be shipped same, or next day (depending when you order) and wait 4 weeks or more for it to finally show up...our products arrive to you when promised!
We are glad to now be a part of the ECF community! We are thankful to one of our customers for introducing us to the community and explaining the benefits of ECF. It has been a great investment for us and we enjoy interacting with the community!

- Customer Dedication - Our customers will be happy NO MATTER WHAT. This means: emails are answered almost immediately even after hours, calls are answered, orders are shipped same day (as long as the post office is open), and our products are tested against the competition to make sure they are the highest quality.
- We Hold Ourselves Accountable - We do (and have) made mistakes, we own up to them and will do our best to make your experience the best possible.
- Provide the Best vaping Experience Possible - Our products do what we say they do. Example: our Starter Kit here is compact, Ultra Portable and extremely reliable. Also, it is one of the most accurate experiences available compared to traditional cigarettes. That's what it is and we stand behind that!
