I ordered eleaf i power 5000mAh mod at 01/29/2017 and turkey's customs sent back to sender. Last transaction at 03/03/2017 and it reached to sender. I wrote my refund request many times but they did not answer my mails, chat page, and contact us section. I think they defrauded me. 2 hell of months and nobody concers my problem. They really need 33.90$? I will never shop again from them.
