Most if not all of the sub ohm type clearomizers rely on a large amount of airflow to cool the coil & vapor and prevent burning & to draw liquid into the head. (straight or direct lung hits/ inhales)
You can try the .5Ω head and close off the airflow control more, I doubt it will help much but worth a try.

A clearo with a more restricted airflow allows mouth to lung inhales, something like the the aspire nautilus.

Hhhmmm... That tank is really designed for full lung hits at high wattage. You say "dry tasting." Do you mean like the wick is burning? Or what? No matter what, I wouldn't think you'd be getting dry hits on that rig at 15 watts; more like it wouldn't make a lot of vapor. Maybe that's it. That's not a tank/coil for use low down in Tootle Puffer territory. You might be happier with a Aspire Nautilus and a 1.2 or better coil.

Ok will look into other options regarding the tank i guess

As to its "Dry Tasting" yes it tastes like its burnt
It will be, you need 50, 60ishw, full air open and vape a little harder, draw on it faster, direct to the lungs. Your problems will go away but again, if you don't feel you can do this then a change of tank is needed I feel.

In that case, it probably is. Put some juice on the wick before assembly, and take a couple pulls without firing the mod before you begin with a new coil.
