I've had RiP's latest juice for 5 days now and I think I've gotten a good feel for it. I've got to admit before I go any further that out of all the Vapetrik juices, this one is the furthest from my preferred flavor profile....not big on berry juices. That said, RiP renewed my interest in menthol and cinnamon, so why stop there?
From my experience, Foxy Fuel is one of Vapetrik's more straightforward flavors, at it's core it's a basic berries and cream flavor. If RiP has thrown any twists in this one I haven't detected them. Not being a huge berry fan, I was unsure what to expect from this one. I took my first pull and Damn! He did it again. This stuff is fantastic! Smooth, creamy, mellow and sweet. I've been asking myself for days how this works for me when I've been turned off by every other berry vape I've tried. First, the berry flavor itself; RiP uses natural flavorings, but this isn't exactly a fresh ripe berry, nor is it candied and overly sweet. It certainly doesn't taste artificial or chemically either. I think it's because of how well balanced and blended the berries are with the cream. On some level it reminds me of something like strawberry ice cream in that I don't get berries and then cream, but both flavors swirled together to the point you can't tell where one stops and the other begins. The other component, the cream, is where RiP's juices really shine in my opinion. I could immediately identify this juice as a branch on Khlorine's family tree. The sweet creaminess is full and light at the same time, lingering on the tip of my tongue. I found recently that I smack my lips after almost every Foxy pull without even realizing it. Every now and now and then I get a tiny hint of something I would describe as "sparkling" or "fizzy." RiP cites that in his description, and I wish there was just a bit more, although my palette isn't the most sensitive so some of you may get more of the component than I am. When it do get that it really pops and sets this juice ober the top. As it is, Foxy is a terrific berries and cream mix. I expect it to have wider appeal than some of RiP's other juices and should definitely appeal to those who never quite acquired the taste for the Khlorine that so many of have come to love. Another winner for sure!
