Hello all. So I ordered two bottles of my favorite all day vape (pre-steeped Circus Bear) from Vapewild a few days ago. As usual, the delivery was very quick. Day before last, I got home to find my vape mail! When I opened my box, I realized they sent me the wrong juice (pre-steeped fruit hoops). I had never tried this juice and was pretty upset because of the mix-up. So when Iogged on to their site and explained the situation, they simply said, "keep the bottles and we'll send you what you originally ordered at no charge".

I don't know about you, but this is what I call quality customer service!

BTW, I think I found a new all day vape, fruit hoops is really fantastic!

Great customer service from Vape Wild.

I had a similar experience with VaporBomb a few years ago. Several orders got confused - I had ordered tobacco flavors with menthol, and they sent regular. I let them know that they had goofed, told them that I was comfortable vaping the "regular", not asking for a refund or anything, just letting them know, but they replaced the eliquid anyway. The topper was when they sent the wrong flavor "smoothie". They replaced the entire order, even though only one flavor was affected. The order was around $50-$60, since I order for myself and my daughter. To this day, I have no idea what was going on, whether they were having personnel problems or whether a trusted employee was having issues that affected their work performance. All I know is that they made any issues right, no questions asked, and then some. At that time, not having discovered ECF and the other vendors available, they were our exclusive eliquid vendor. Even though we have since moved on to other vendors, I still recommend them based on their excellent customer service.


At my age (66) I really appreciate good customer service, and intend to continue to let everyone know when a company meets or exceeds my expectations.
