So far the only "bad" thing I have been experiencing in the five days I have been vaping is an increase in acid reflux. Eating about 300 mgs of Rantidine a day now.

Has anyone else experienced more heartburn/acid reflux with an increase in vaping?

It could also be now that I don't have to go outside to get my fix of nic I don't cram food in my face to distract me so I am vaping on an empty stomach, or have an empty stomach more. A no-no in my experience with AR.

Is this operating acid reflux or sleeping? If it's a night time issue it's quite easy to resolve with a few behavioral changes, things to do and not do prior to sleeping. If it's operational or "anytime" reflux it's an issue to see your doctor about as it might not even be related to vaping.

Question for anyone who has chest pains due to, acid reflux. Does the vapor hurt your chest more? Or it doesn't bother your chest?

When I smoked an analog it really didn't upset my stomach. Maybe just a tad but, that could've been from the sugar I had earlier.

I don't have food allergens do you think, I wouldn't be bothered, by the juices?

a lot of the "negative" side effects of vaping are actually pre-existing conditions that you now notice because your body is healing or is no longer actively protecting itself from the toxins in analogs...your soft tissue membranes produce excess amounts of mucous in order to protect itself from the toxins. With the drop in toxins with the conversion over to vaping, you are going to feel the acids and other problems that were there the whole time. Try using an anti acid program that allows your esophagus and throat to heal such as Prilosec...just my opinion, I am no doctor by any means!

I have only been smoking a day, and I am on protonix, but I hope it does not make my acid reflux worse! I didnt even think about that! I'll let you know!

Congratulation! Day two is even better!

I've got occasional acid reflux. Not bad enough to use anything other than Tums. I'd say about the same, maybe a little less. It's a pain, but I think it used to be more frequent.

Now only thinking about the FDA turns my stomach!
