Cant really say for sure, but cigarettes and coffee are close friends. They definitely compliment each other nicely! I'd say I probably drink less, too, now that I'm vaping. Nicotine is a stimulant, maybe its supplementing your stimulant need and allowing you to need less caffeine. Try some of the coffee flavored vapes... then you'll need even less coffee! I was vaping cappuccino from backwoods brew last night, and I remember thinking "man, I shouldn't be having this before bed..." Then I realized I wasn't actually drinking coffee : )

My coffee consumption is still pretty high and I love my morning coffee e-juice and hot coffee! Every time I managed to quit in the past, before ecigs, it was my morning coffee that was my downfall. I couldn't STAND drinking coffee without a cigarette; it was depressing. Now I'm in heaven.

Yep, I"m with you. Coffee level is the same. Which is fine by me. gotta have one vice for pete sake'.

I figured if I kept drinking all the coffee I used to drink, I'd never quit cigarettes. When I started to vape, I switched over to Teeccino Java Herbal Coffee 11 oz Bag. It took a little while to get adjusted to it, but now I can say it has been a good change over for me. It is a bit pricey, but I use 1 table spoon and fill the french press and drink it all throughout the day, so a 5# bag lasts me a few months. I was sure I'd have a problem quitting all the caffeine, but it really wasn't a problem. Surprised me too. YMMV, but it worked for me.

After 3 weeks of no analogs, I felt so good, I decided to try to switch something else that is thought to be kinda bad for you... I was worried about stopping the caffeine fully so I opted to switch to warm tea... the whole antioxidants thing is fairly appealing :D ... I felt the lessened desire for coffee too, so why not... Now I have spiced orange tea while vaping... and I started taking vitamins... I'm also one of the lucky people who's losing weight vaping... Not that I've made any noticable eating changes, I just feel so good and have more energy... it's utterly amazing what cigarettes did to me... So glad to have made the switch... It was worth every penny for the initial start up...

--Off of cigarettes
--Off of coffee
--Feeling soooo good

So glad to hear the FDA is leaning toward accepting and taxing vaping products like tobacco products...
I know in my heart I would go back to analogs if they banned e-cigs :(
Now if I can only get all my friends to convert >.<
I will just have to be an awesome poster child... 37yr old poster child... but... details

i still drink allot of coffee but since i quit smoking and started vaping i've deffinetaly noticed a change in the dependancy for it. i always hated the mornings could barely move or get out of the bed for atleast an hour then would have to chug down a cup or two to have enough energy to start my day. but lately i have no problem getting out of bed right when i wake up and actually doing some stuff before i drink a cup of coffee. after the first cup though its on and im still drinking over a pot a day. think the lack of all of the chemicals in my body that came from tobacco is helping give me energy.

My coffee intake has increased in the week I've been vaping. I drink decaf, have for the last 8 years, so maybe it's not the same. I just really enjoy the taste of a good cup of joe with some yummy half and half. This past week, it seems to taste a whole lot better with my e-cig then it has lately with the analogs.

I always have 2 really big cups of coffee to start my day. When I started vaping, it didn't take long to find that my favorite vape flavors are coffee types. The funny thing was, I couldn't stand the way I always prepared my coffee because it was way sweeter than my vapes. My sugar intake dropped dramatically thanks to vaping. Getting healthy in yet another way, right?
