vaping and constant throat clearing

Hello, have been vaping 6 months. In the past 3 weeks i have had constant throat clearing with increased phlegm. i use pre-filled cartomizers that i believe are mostly PG. Has anyone else experienced this after 6 months of vaping?

I get that too, when the juice I'm vaping is primarily PG. It's common (for some people) with PG. You can get some straight VG and add it to your PG juice, and/or you can also buy (or make) your future juices in a higher level of VG over PG.

I find I have to drink tons of water too, it's common. I use 50/50 and still have throat issues.
