constant throat clearing started after vaping for 6 months HELP

for some reason my last post disappeared. vaping pre-filled cartomizers with p.g. for six months. however past 3 weeks have constant throat clearing and excess phlegm. have chronic bronchitis but pulmonary dr. said vaping better than smoking. has anyone else experienced this. i think it is very strange to experience this after 6 months. appreciate any replies

I have this problem as well. I had the same problem with cigarettes. There is a constant frog in my throat and i have to constantly clear my throat to speak, also known as "frog in my throat", etc.

The only time I got rid of this was when I quit somking and quit nocotine.

I have been vaping about 8 weeks and recently got some 100% pure VG (Boba's Bounty). Bob'as Bounty is not my only vape, as I still have some PG blends I use at the same time, but I will say the frog in my throat is better.

I have heard advice that the PG is causing the frog in my throat, and I would say this anecdotal evidence backs that up.

Maybe try switching to 100% VG, or a 20/80 PG/VG blend and see how that goes?

It's most likely caused by the PG in the E-liquid you are using as it is expelled by your body in the form of phlegm (mucus) after it is absorbed by your lungs. It's not harmful, but it can be irritating.
