So I've been vaping on and off for 2 years now and just got back on the no analogs band wagon in the beginning of november. I work in a hospital as a nurses assistant, and every month I get on of the other techs to take my vitals ie blood pressure, pulse, temp, and O2 stat. When I was smoking analogs over the summer and fall my O2 stat was usually between 94-95%. Which is pretty common for a smoker. I took my O2 stat tonight and it was 99%. Which is usually around where a non smoker falls. That's pretty awesome imo. And I could be considered a minor chain vapor too. Just so everyone has an idea we consider O2 stats of 98-100%I good. 94-97% is ok. 90-93% not so got and needs to be watched. Below 90% is bad and the person might need external oxygen. In my old unit, acute pulmonary (lungs) we used to see a lot of smokers, or people who had cancer or other lung conditions from smoking. They regularly had O2 stats 93%of or less. Many were on oxygen therapy.
