Just found out a week ago that my wife is 4 weeks pregnant with our second child. She's a social vaper. I bought her a blister pack about a month ago and she uses it while driving or at home at night around me. She's only ever used 3mg or 0mg nic and she hasn't used it since we found out. I thought maybe 0mg nic could be safe to vape during the pregnancy but I'm not 100%. Can anyone enlighten me or shoot me a link to some research?

Thanks all and happy vaping!

Here is a link that has a bunch of links at the bottom for you to check out. Newer information. For sure if she could just throw them down, that would be the best but vaping 0-3 nic is much better on the baby than the nerves of someone trying to go without it for that long. Just my 3¢ (inflation)

Is vaping safe during pregnancy?

Good luck to you and congratulations on the new baby. That is so awesome.

She is a "social vaper"? Why vape at all? Nothing here is 100%. We don't know. Congratulations!

The only time she really "needs" it is driving. She has bad eye sight, so driving is pretty stressful to begin with and ive noticed that her vape keeps her calm in the truck.

And I'm not trying to be matter-of-fact, so please don't take this the wrong way. But she isn't dependent on it. I'm sure it wouldn't bother her to not use it for the next 9mo. I am just curious to see if any studies had shown there to be any effects while pregnant so if she did want to use it she could. But without full knowledge or any firm data, I'm positive she won't be vaping until our newest gets here end of September.

Thanks all for your input and links! They were all good reads.
