Vaping and Psoriasis

Anyone else with Psoriasis notice an improvement after switching to vaping? I'm not sure if it's the effects of quitting smoking or the vapor but I've noticed a dramatic improvement.

I've noticed an improvement as well, I know that smoking will make it worse but I'm not sure if vaping improves it. I'm constantly drinking water though which helps.

Well vaping won't be as much as an irritant to your skin (unless you have a pg/VG allergy) as smoking which will help.

Good to hear others are having a similar experience. I would love to see some research down the road on Vaping and Psoriasis.
