Hello, I suffer a lot from sinusitis, and I always exhale through my nose, in part because it feels better, since the vapor is not hot and there's almost no throat hit it feels better to exhale it that way.

My question is, is there any e-liquid that may help to relieve my sinus? maybe menthol? (haven't tried that yet), I'm asking because I just got some apple flavored e-liquid and after some vaping my head starts to hurt, like a pressure from the inside-out, which I suppose has something to do with my sinusitis + liquid flavor, since that didn't happen before...

So if there's an e-liquid that makes it worst for me... maybe there should be one that does the opposite?? :2cool:

Any suggestions?

Tiz' the season for sinus problems!

The vapor can be drying. I'd recommend you maybe you consider trying to break the dragon exhale habit. LOL

When I have sinus or a cold, a good Menthol seems to help... but then, I don't blow it through my nose all the time. If you are going to stick to nasal exhale vaping, it might be worth checking out to see if it helps. I never smoked menthol ciggys, but love menthol liquids for the throat hit and a refreshing change. The stronger the better. VaporTalk's Mentha is one of my favorites. I also make my own menthol drops with crystals to add to other menthol liquids that need a boost or other flavors.

Hellen made the most relevant point: Propylene glycol and glycerol in e-liquid are humectants -- they dry out surfaces, whether external skin or inside the mouth or nose. So when you exhale through your nose, you coat your nasal passages with a chemical that will dry them out.

The most common side effect of vaping seems to be dry throat. Good reason.

I'd suggest alternating your e-smoking with use of a menthol/camphor nasal snuff. I keep one handy just to moisturize my nose (and boy does it!!). A light sniff or two and you'll feel the world opening up.

Good luck.
