Hi Guys

I've always been a pretty active person, I love cycling. I live in Cape Town and we have some of the best mountain biking in the world right on our doorstep. However, I love (loved) smoking too and the two don't go together all that well. I managed but there was no denying the damage the stinkies were causing to my body. Enter vaping and something fantastic is busy happening on the bike. I breathe better and I can feel how I'm getting more oxygen to my muscles. I'm also beginning to notice smells I've never picked up before. And the best is I can relax afterwards with a coffee and vape away without worrying about the fact that I'm putting down the next layer of tar on my already well-tarred lungs. I know I may be preaching to the converted but vaping is changing our lives in so many good ways.

Happy vaping today!

Chris

Man, absolutely echo these sentiments. I felt so guilty for having a cigarette after walking out of the gym/finishing skipping. Now I vape happily and it feels good. My cardio ability has increased so much too since quitting, it's awesome. The ONLY downside I can think of is that my appetite has returned in full force, and I've put on some weight hahaha. That's ok though, totally worth the trade off.
