So much for the studies that say pg helps keep the flu away. Not for me, I have been sick for 3 days now and today I feel even worse. But the good thing is my chest does not have that heavy feeling and I am not needing my inhaler. I am so thankful for the ecigs as I just know if I still smoked I'd be coughing with every drag and my chest and wheezing would be acting up. Just hope to get better soon.

Man, there are some nasty bugs going around! I'm sick currently, also, and have been extremely grateful for vaping the past 4 days. Mine is leaning more towards a sinus infection, so I'm drinking TONS of water to stop the vaping headache that can ensue when I'm doing nothing but sitting on the couch with my vaporizer, and trying (no, really, I am) not to chain vape. Drink tons of liquids. I mean....tons. Wear an adult diaper if you have to. And I hope you feel better soon!

If you can type this much, it's not the flu. I'm not saying your cold isn't bad, but my money says you've never had an actual case of influenza and consider yourself lucky for that.

I rarely get sick and I am around teachers and kids every day, but when I do it always went to my chest. I ended up with a head cold last week and it was gone in two days and it stayed in my sinuses... I never felt anything in my chest. I have been vaping since September (smoked for over 25 years) and I notice a definite difference. Normally during the winter I start waking up around December with a tight chest and that has not happened all winter.
The vaping is definitely less irritating to my lungs than cigarettes were.

Maybe but my bones ache and I haven't been out of bed in 3 days.
My husband and kids do roll their eyes at me when I whine lol. Today I get the house to myself and hoping to sleep again all day, to fight what ever this is off.

I just find it strange that I vape 75 pg and I've been reading that pg helps war of colds and flu. But not for me unless this would be worse without my vaping?
