Vaping and weight

Has anyone noticed a increase, decrease or neither in weight since quitting analogs and switching to vaping?

Slight decrease for me, which would indicate my nicotine level has risen slightly vs smoking. Nicotine increases metabolism and decreases appetite.

I've heard some say they've gained weight. I've lost 19 pounds by not eating after dinner. I can do it since I'm vaping.

I've gained about 10 lbs. I haven't started working out or anything but I haven't noticed an increase in fat. I would like to think I've gained some muscle because I've gotten to be more active. I can actually breathe again and I can work harder without taking as many breaks.

Well, I started vaping years ago but I didn't get the usual "5 lbs because you're trying to do yourself some good" thing when I stopped smoking. Since then I have gained weight gradually because my body aspires to be spherical. It has nothing to do with recreational food or alcohol.

I'm dietting and I think it helps, since vaping can help sate my sweet tooth.

I think I've lost a bit of weight. Stopped buying all the sweets since I'm vaping sweet things. That and I can finally move around without wheezing and coughing up a storm.

At a bit over 3 months into vaping I have dropped nearly 25 pounds

I don't snack, I vape.

Vaping keeps me from snacking, but my weight has not changed a bit.

I hover between 205-210, right now i'm at the higher mark. I have been eating a little more and haven't been as active due to some other minor issues. Nothing compared to the 25 I gained when I quit smoking 5 years ago.

I tend to lose weight when I visit the bush on a regular basis as well.

That's what I liked about vaping -- aside from hacking the nasty stuff up, there were no withdrawal symptoms or other things associated with quitting smoking.
