I've been vaping for a while now and started working out again. My lungs are BURNING. I've taken breaks from exercising and definitely had to get used to the workouts, but damn, it's way more than I ever remember.

Has anyone else experienced a detriment to lung-capacity or decreased cardio-vascular ability after starting to vape? Maybe I'm just imagining things, or maybe it's a side-effect of nicotine vasoconstriction.

I've only gotten the opposite -- increased lung capacity and ability to exercise without being winded. But I don't lung inhale. I read early on that cigar-style mouth-nose exposure to the vapor was more efficient, and it's worked for me ever since.

Hm... I have noticed that I have more 'feeling' in my lungs now that I don't smoke. Like, if I need to cough something up, I know immediately that it's going to happen, as opposed to when I smoked and would get hit by a coughing fit with no warning. Maybe your lungs are more sensitized now.
