I think it's a fun idea, but a lot of the B&M stores around here already do this in PA, granted most samples are 0 nicotine so people don't over do it on the nic, the owners don't waste $ by giving away too much free nic, and we all have different amts we prefer anyway, but they do allow sampling and vaping inside-I'm not sure if I get the difference between a "vaping bar" and B&M when it comes down to it.

Yeah I thoroughly enjoy going to the local shops and relaxing in their vape lounges. Never fail to meet some cool people.
