Vaping.com order

So i placed an order on vaping.com Friday morning just before 11 am and paid the extra $8 to get it in 1 to 3 days. Figured it would ship Monday because of the weekend. Looked on the website and saw it says any order placed before 3 PM ships the same day. It's been almost a week and it still hasn't shipped. I've sent a couple emails and have gotten no response. Just curious if anybody knows how soon to expect it to ship and get to my house.

This is interesting. I just posted this in a post named "customer service". Has anyone had any issues with vaping.com customer service? I placed an order, my card was debited immediately, but my account says no order was placed and no confirmation email was sent. I called the number, which is never answered and sent emails with no response. Anyone have any other ideas?

Having the same problem ordered a week ago still hasn't shipped not once have they answered my emails trying to figure out how to report them to the better business bureau
