    why is it to difficult to get a hold of an actual person on the number provided in this site?? Why have I been waiting 3 days for my express next day delivery order. Why oh why :/​

    Hi Alexa, just noting here that the parcel left the warehouse the same day you ordered it but was being held by the post office for reasons out of our control. We were happy to refund your postage under the circumstances, and hope that you were satisfied with the resolution.
