Please help me. I am having a huge problem getting a consistent vape experience. I have been doing this for about 6 months now. Started with smoov, moved to ego, tons of different tanks added a victory mod and no matter what combination tanks/battary I use I am not getting a consistant hit. Sometimes I go thru a stretch when it is perfect then bam- I need to clean change atomizer. Then comes playing with the volts/watts to get my taste back. teeter-tottering between burnt taste and no taste for a couple of days (yes days) until i get the taste back. Don't get me started on the LONG list of tanks. Most recent was the vision victory bottom coil- I got two, neither worked at all. My victory watt mod shorted out one of my atomizers (causing me to change my wick yet again and start over with the taste) I gave away all my smoov, I kept my 4 ego's and vision mod, now I have one tank that works and believe it or not its a vivi nova mini. Spent well over a thosand on kits/juice/tanks and I am LUCKY to get 3 good days vaping a week.

Sadly it looks like i am too stupid to use anything other than a normal top coil loading tank because they will either break/leak or just suck. And because i got this huge nicotine monkey on my back if i get ...... at a tank I throw it in the garbage rather than try to fix the problem. My wife says I am like an addict that way Really? of course thats what I am like I LOVE nicotine.

What i would like is a simiple AWSOME mod for dummies and a tank to match. A tank that wont unscrew and dump expensive juice all over the floor.

For the best option in consistency, I would skip VV and cleros. Instead get a good variable watt (VW) PV which is the closes to "set & forget" and a glass carto tank. Most find cartos in a tank the least amount of hassle and the most consistent, giving you anywhere from 8 - 15 days of a consistent vaping experience with no maintenance other than adding eliquid at the end of the day. A VW model PV senses the change in the resistence of your carto, atty, etc (which happens through use) and automatically adjusts the power to maintain your original settings.

I have tried just about every clearo, atty and carto set-up on the market and from a "comparative" standpoint, the tank-carto is the most consistent vape.

Sadly my first VW set up the victory VW mod has not worked out yet. There is a short in it and its trashing my atomizers and then shuts itsself down, 3 of them so far. Trying to get a replacement or refund now

Never heard of that one, which might tell you something, unfortunately. I would look at one of these three VW models: Vamo, Zmax or iTaste V3. All have gotten mostly positive reviews and all are under $100.

i had the same exp with e cigs, but as soon as i got a mechanical mod and a rba it changed. i can happily vape all day and not crave a cigarette. plus rebuild able atomizers became a hobby of mine. rba's produce more vapor and an abundance of flavor. i am currently vaping on the smoktech natural with the ud agi rba on it with sony batteries. it works like a champ.

start a log.
include what hardware,juice,etc..
how long you used.
when maintained,etc..
after 4 to 6 months you'll get an idea when and if you need to do maitainance, replament, and or renewal of what your using.
regards
mike

I would try a itaste MPV, easy to use and not that expensive and it's VV so you can dial in the taste. I'ed also go with an Evod or Protank. You can rebuild your heads and save some money also.

Absolutely!
Protank heads are easy to rebuild. Lots of video how to on YouTube. Much cheaper.

I fell for the whole ego/tank deal too. Happy with the same setup asmuth said. Getting some tanks soon to try a cartotank setup :)

I love my Protanks, but, unless you are willing to be patient and aware of what you are doing the first day or two with them, you will have a slick floor and some funky smelling clothes to show for it.

You need to pay attention to what you are unscrewing when, and, either use a blunt needle tip or put a q-tip in the center while you fill them. After you know them, it's second nature to do things right with them.

I'm in the same boat as you, once I got my mech mod I was analog free, but before nothing was consistent enough for my likings.
