Well. Went to dinner on Monday night with my father (a fortnightly occurance) with my brother and sister and I was outside the front of the restaurant having a cigarette.
The old man rocks up puffing on an e-cig and I was like "what the hell is that?"
Dad proceeded to explain what an e-cig was and how, after 40 years of smoking a 40 packet of cigarettes a day, hasn't had a cigarette in three weeks due to vaping.
Both myself and my brother are heavy smokers so after a chat about how the old man got from the grip of the cancer sticks we told him he must help us get an e-cig.
Picked the e-cig up yesterday and havn't yet had a cigarette. Whilst Australians need to import nicotine due to laws prohibiting the sale of nicotine in Australia we are allowed to have three months supply for personal use.
Both myself and my brother really enjoy vaping and feel we now have a chance to quit the smokes and kick the habit.
I'm happy we discovered e-cigs and the old man has even dropped from "high" nicotine to "medium" which is a surprise.
