Due to my medication I have incredibly vivid dreams every single night. I hate it. They're almost always nightmares, make very little sense, and wake me up frequently throughout the night. Sometimes vaping crops up but always in odd ways.

  • One dream involved lighting cigarettes with a mechanical mod in order to vape them and, as you can imagine, I accidentally lit one with a lighter and it tasted like a cigarette i.e. horrible
  • In one I was with a lady and someone tried to mug me, but I managed to trick them into taking a mechanical mod rather than my wallet, which I'd quickly turned into a pipe bomb by reversing the magnets and attaching a tank without a hybrid pin. It blew up in their face and the lady was so impressed we had sex next to his charred corpse.
  • Most revolve around not being able to find the right juice, mech's refusing to fire, figuring out how to vape ......, and alice in wonderland style dreams where the mods keep changing size and producing clouds inversely proportional to their size

  • The most ridiculous one to date was last night and inspired this thread. Firstly, there was the alice in wonderland thing of changing proportions and colours but, more importantly, my rda's and rda decks grew legs like spiders - some organic, others mechanical - and began fighting each other. Initially it was just slamming into each other, stabbing one another with their legs, then cannibalising each other. The winning rda decks got larger and more powerful, spitting fire out of the air holes, shooting coils out of the post holes to tie up their enemies and zapping each other with lightning bolts. Two of the final rda's panicked when a face-hugger from alien dropped down from my roof, spewing acid upon a large number of rda's all at once and jumped upon each other, morphing into a super rda, that still was no match for the face hugger. The face hugger then jumped onto my face and I could feel my lungs filling up with vapour. Once it detached itself I let out the biggest, most flavourful cloud of vapour ever and finally woke up.

If anyone else has some odd vaping dreams, go ahead and share them!

I don't think mine are as a morbid as yours but the most recent was a orange is the new black spin off dream where the main character in my dream snuck vape gear into prison.

It seems incredibly morbid to me that vaping gear would have to be snuck into prison whilst cigarettes are freely available! :p

I've had many dreams with Charlie Kelly (It's always Sunny in Philadelphia) as my kinda sidekick, but he's never vaped so....

I've only had a few that I remember fully. One repetitive dream is that my vape turns into a poisonous cigarette and while I'm waiting for 911 to show up I'm trying to turn my house apart looking for one of my many spare vapes which have all turned to poisonous cigarettes.
Not sure if it qualifies as morbid but it keeps me vaping and away from the cigs.

I had a lot of dreams about vaping, especially early on. Not much lately though. Frequently about vapes not working and unsuccessfully trying to fix them. When I first quit smoking a lot of dreams that mixed smoking and vaping, like I was vaping but wanted a smoke, or secretly smoking cigs and trying to distract people by telling them I was using tobacco flavored juice, or hoping they didn't notice the cigarette packet lying on the kitchen table.

I wish I could have had happy dreams about vaping. Not sure why that didn't happen, I do have mostly pleasant dreams.

I had a few dreams early a few years ago that I would lite the end of a pen vape with a lighter, take a puff and exhale, then notice a flame on the end and slowly freak the -- out, like "Ooh nnooooo" in slow motion, that was it.
@Violetti Usva it's your muse telling you to write. Dreams make good stories.

I don't remember ever having a dream about sex that included vaping, let alone charred corpses. Guess I don't get out enough.

Its my medication, every night is horrific and I wake up roughly every 2 hours drenched in sweat because of the dreams. It may have seemed morbid, but that was actually a rather tame dream compared to most nights! 1) I can feel pain in my dreams now 2) Most people say that if you die in a dream you wake up, but that isn't the case for me anymore 3) Many of my dreams involve multiple levels of dreaming where I dream within a dream; die and reload at my last dream-checkpoint or dream about getting blackout drunk and trying to put the pieces back together. Worse still is having a dream about having a psychotic episode followed by dreaming about the depressed aftermath of said psychotic episode.

@jandrew How many Freudian psychoanalysts does it take to screw in your mother? I mean father...no, penis! Lightbulb! How many Freudian psychoanalysts does it take to screw in a lightbulb?

I wouldn't sweat it (other than it sounds horrible) in fact if vaping is making its way into your dreams that means it is manifesting into your subconscious. They actually did a study on the newly para or quadriplegic, and for several years, they'd have dreams of walking, until eventually the wheelchair would "take over" in dreams so to speak. That kind of IS morbid but sort of how it works. I am thankful to not dream as much as I used to, but I will say, I have had my share of really awful dreams.

How many psychologists does it take to change a lightbulb?
One, but the lightbulb has to want to change.

(I love me a good psych joke that places the burden of improvement so clearly on the client, LOL)

safe distance from a black hole
I woke up from a vaping dream this morning. It was weird, I cant explain how it all worked but I was vaping cigarettes(wut!) and I felt bad that cigarettes were involved but in the dream I was using a lower ohm coil than I usually would use and it was in an IJoy Elf which isnt an rta anyway. The whole thing was a good experience and enjoyable except for the guilt of cigs being involved.

Since I stopped using tobacco my dreams have been more vivid and more regular. Serotonin levels are much better now since I quit tobacco, Im guessing.
