So I posted this on my marathon forum and got nothing but nasty responses, so I hope some one here can help.
I'm about to run another marathon and this will be the first since I quit smoking. I'm trying to figure out how to carry a pv during the race. With a 4.5 hour race it will be difficult without it. For the record, yes I did stop for a cig during my first 2 marathons. That was easy just find a spectator who's smoking and ask for one. During training I've been carrying my gripper I'm the pocket of my shorts, but my race day shorts don't have a pocket, and while I do carry a belt for my packets of honey and a granola bar the gripper won't fit. So any runners out there have any suggestions?
