I feel amazing.. It's just amazing.. Every time I shower, I stay showered.. Every time I brush my teeth, they stay brushed.. I love the feeling of being fresh out of the shower and having freshly brushed teeth. Well, now, instead of lasting ten minutes... these feelings last me all day.

I usually don't see any women from here. But thanks to vaping, I was so curious about how healthy I've been feeling that I went to see this lady I know in the next town. Man she just LOVES the lack of tobacco smells and tastes. Not only that, but my breathing and my energy is so much better .. I had such a good time I went back the next night.

For so long now thanks to my smoking and drinking and living a sedentary lifestyle .. I've felt tired, sluggish and dead. Like a dead animal on the side of the road. My physical and mental condition have weakened and weakened since 2003.

vaping has caused me to not smoke. Not smoking has caused my mind and body to work amazingly well. Took ten years off of me or more!! Feeling so much better has even encouraged me to stay away from fast food and excessive red meat I'm not supposed to eat because of my kidneys. I've been eating huge salads, bananas, mushrooms, broccoli and .... like that. I feel great.

Today I am going to start working out.. I've heard that it jump starts my tired old brain and might actually do me some good. When I was smoking and drinking all of the time, what was the point? Now?

I feel like I love the new me and it's just exciting seeing that there can be improvement. You know, I am twenty seven years old, and I've lived the past seven years as if I were SEVENTY!!!

I've allowed myself to lose all sorts of physical and mental ability. I let myself be without health and money. I could have been SO MUCH BETTER for myself, my loved ones and my lady friends. Now, I will be. I've got a pile of talent I haven't tapped in YEARS. I've been weak and complacent.

It got to the point where I even stopped thinking about money and sex completely. I don't know how that ever happened. But it WON'T happen again!! I miss having money and I like to be a wild dirt animal of a man! Why would I ever forget to be myself?

Smoking cigarettes and drinking are NOT worth it.. AT ALL. I've missed a-lot and have a-lot of catching up to do.

I do not intend on giving up my old soul tastes in women or music or automobiles or guns or anything else but I AM giving up the old man mentality. I realize now that I have plenty of time for that LATER.

I know that I have a limited life span because I have bad kidneys. I probably won't live to be near half of what most of you will. And I've wasted the past 7 years. The only good thing I can say is that I've had a-lot of good times, enjoyed some amazing women and changed lives for the better. I'm damned proud of that but I now realize HEY what about ME.. MY TURN BABY!!!! :toast:

Man, we all need to be so thankful we're here and that we have a chance to do so many things in life. I'm not going to waste another second.

Goals for me..

1. Stop sitting around the house when I run out of money because I think I "have to". I'm going to stay busy EVERY DAY and move forward.

2. Own a home. I miss my house and I'm tired of hearing about it from myself. At least I didn't lose it for the standard reason these days. I never paid "way too much" for a house or bought "too much house".

3. Pay off my sisters house and find a way to buy her out of her job. She's working for hourly money, putting herself through college and trying to raise my adorable little sister in law.

4. Get back into a Cadillac. Not being in one for the first time in my life this year has been another big wake-up call. Maybe losing my house should have been?? LoL over here.

5. Be healthy and eat coherent natural things. Not going to become a vegetarian .. I don't get along with them .. But going to take much better care of my kidney. Drink far fewer beers and rum drinks. Far less Soda or Coffee. I've been drinking gallons of water lately and I feel great.

6. Finally get around to some revenge projects I've been sitting on. I always wait a year or two but it's TIME for these two people. I can't wait. Revenge is like a comical game, for me, like a sport. Like football for the rest of ya - but better

7. Play more poker. I miss playing cards often and it's educational. Plus it's profitable when I can play Omaha8. Omaha8 gained me 10lbs in 30 days when I was jailed. I love poker. You learn so much about human nature and it's always a good time.

8. Exercise more often. Be more active. Jumpstart brain cells I haven't used in years. Become a wild animal who can :censored: for hours until a woman can't breathe and all but passes out.

9. Buy some of my guns back. Go out shooting more often. Get my CCW. Never be without my gun again.

10. Learn some advanced fighting techniques. If my lady friends know them.. so should I. Plus, it's going to be great for self discipline. I always prided myself on my level of self discipline. I will, again!

That's it, for now
Some of you may think I'm rambling but I know that some of you will take something from this ... good luck to you and remember YOU determine your reality. I forgot that somewhere along the way and where I've put myself IS NOT pretty. But I wouldn't trade places with any human being. I got my life stripes the hard way through hard knocks and I love who and what I am!!!

NEVER take the easy way out.. I could have gotten on a plane any time this year and ran away from all of my problems. I could, today. Free! But I knew all along - this is the way, MY WAY.

Okay I'll jump down off of the box and shut up my keys
Thanks for allowing me a chance to ramble at you all
:p

Rambling is just fine! I do it a lot too.. think the folks here at ECF are tired of my ramblings lol. It's been a month now since my husband and I have stopped smoking and started vaping. We have started to eat healthier, we have started to get exercise, I love feeling clean, and all the new smells. It's a whole new life! My children don't smell stale, my house actually smells like it should! It really is a life changing experience and I just wish the FDA could see that. Congrats to you my good sir! And enjoy life to the fullest!

+1 on working out. I started working out in fits and starts a year ago, now steady for about 4 months. Don't laugh - I started working out in order to "cancel out" a few smokes. I noticed a huge improvement in my stress tolerance, not to mention blood pressure. About a month ago I hit the point where the smokes were canceling out my workouts. I hit plateaus on half of my routine that I just couldn't seem to bust past. I discovered e-cigs soon after and now on the road to solving both the smoking and the workout problem.

You're lucky - you found a solution 17 years faster than I did. Keep up the good work!

PS: I probably don't want to know what the revenge projects are, but my advice is let it go. 99% of the time the target of revenge isn't going to be bothered as much as you think, and in the end you really don't get any real benefit outside the satisfaction of the act. And that's if it doesn't blow back on you in some way. Expend that effort toward something positive in your life.

I'm aware of the rule about revenge... holding grudges usually just does you more harm.. so I do let 99.999% of everything go ... but there are times when, well, something just has to be done before you can let it go ... . Believe me, it take A-LOT to bring me to wrath, a-lot ;)

My revenge is always effective .. you're so right about blowback and that is why I am so patient and careful. One of my riskier issues is that I have to SEE the result of what I do .. Bad bad

You don't bother me at all.
The FDA isn't allowed to see anything but dollars, and they know it.

Where were you in prison for? if you don't mind the question.

I've never been to prison. I don't even have any felonies!! I don't think I'd survive too well in most prisons. There's more freedom in a prison, though.. which is a good and very bad thing when you're as adorable as I am ... Heh .. Oh god .. Anyway it was just a county jail .. And it was easy .. They're all cakeboy :censored:s .. But sometimes real prisoners come through they store them in jails sometimes and THAT gets a little scary

Why was I there .. that is a long long story .. I've been through it all in this state .. they even nailed me to the wall on land I owned forcing me to sell it

This state, it's going to lose a-lot of money someday .... I figure I'll see to it that the state loses 10 times what they've done me out of .. And I happen to be the one guy who will actually win against a whole state .. they'll remember me

You sound very "tough"

Wait do you mean because of the revenge part?
You don't have to be tough for that .. just intelligent .. you should just see some of the revenge projects I've worked on, in the past .. BEAUTIFUL work just BEAUTIFUL .. But not the kind of thing you can go talking about, either and that sort of DRIVES ME CRAZY because there are some great stories I could tell

Actually switching to vaping was another step in improving my life and the life of my sons that I started in 2007.

I got tired of feeling like the walking dead, both physically and mentally and had to change or die. (I've died a few times and it is not nearly as interesting as folks writing books make it out to be.)

Vaping has been the fourth best thing I have done in the last 3 years. It does let more energy flow and it is so tasty too.

Have at it THE!

I've never died, but I managed to drink so much that my heart stopped one time.
I've definitely been damned CLOSE to death a few times.
But actually being clinically dead must be a real real wakeup call?? Yeah?

It sure is funny how something in cigarettes zombiefied me... Good to know I wasn't the only one.. and bad
But we got away from it.
That's great news for us!

I definitely feel more clear headed, I don't feel like I'm in a daze anymore. My eyes don't bother me, my mouth feels cleaner, I'm in a good mood, all that stuff. And to be quite frank, since I can finally breathe I've been having the best sex I've ever had in my life.

Me too
I'm thinking more clearly and I :censored: like I'm young again
I can use the computer for a longer time without my eyes getting all upset.. part of that is because of all the water I'm drinking
