Well I have been vaping for about a year now I started with a riva 510 kit and a ego tank, then moved up to a low resistance tank and I tried a low resistance riva 510 atomizer both were alright, I just recently bought a Dual coil cartomizer from Liberty flights I belive its a smoketech. I put it on a ego 1000mah battery and It honestly the best thing I have bought.

I just have one problem when it comes to real stressful situations or even drinking vaping just doesn't do it for me Im not sure what it is I think its cause I dont feel the smoke or something. When smoking analogs I smoked Kool green shorts I was wondering If anyone has found a liquid that really satisfies them.

Maybe its the cartomize/atomizers or batteries im using but I just haven't found anything that has fully made me not want to smoke a analog. I haven't fully quit yet as I still smoke analogs when I am around them or I'm just too stressed out as for liquids I have tried every menthol liberty flights has on 24mg and still I want more something that will make me choke like im hitting a .... perhaps :p any suggestions? 379528_10150441691979074_691894073_8438809_71838890_n.jpg this is my current setup

sounds like you need more volts. i was pretty happy with my ego-t for a while. didnt realize what i was missing until i got a variable voltage device.
You know what sucks I was looking at this Variable voltage riva battery when I bought this ego 1000mah. I was honestly too intimidated by it I didn't want to run this new Dual coil cart on the wrong volts and fry it. If I do get one of these what voltage is good or what is too high for one of these?

^ thats the best thing about a VV device. you can change it to match your liquid and preference. i prefer smooth over rough so i tend to keep my provari @ around 4.6-5.0. but increasing definitely makes hit stronger.

as for a menthol, the juice might be more of a factor than the device youre using. ive tried a number of menthols (after smoking newports for 25 years) and my fav so far was Johnson creeks Tundra flavor. i remember having to take light hits cause i would choke like a .... hit, if i hit like normal.
hope that helps.

That sounds like what I need... zomg! lol the provari is $160 I am taking it would be alot better than Electronic Cigarette - Batteries - Variable Voltage Riva seems that only goes to 4.2 volts, is there anything similar for less price? If not then I know whats on my christmass list this year lol.

any suggestions?
I agree, more volts - try 5v or more. The difference is really amazing - warm vapor and plenty of it. I switched to 5v months ago and have no desire to use my 3.7v PVs any longer.

FWIW - try a moderately priced 5v box mod to see if you want to get into it - I'd be willing to bet you would.

Thanks Im gonna check them out im looking at that silver bullet im totally a noob when it comes to this stuff still so inside the thing it has a battery that I can choose when I order it between 2600mah 3100mah so when ordering I will need to pick a battery a charger? I doubt it will fit on the 510 charger I use now and the 510 atomizers/carts I have now should fit on it.

The silver bullet is not VV. It's a 3.7 device. You can use different batteries to get 6V on it, but they don't recommend it. Having said that, I stack batteries and have been for over 2 years without incident. (Not in a SB. I've always wanted one.) That doesn't mean you won't have safety problems with it. Read the SB page carefully for warnings.

Ottobahn gave a great suggestion. Try a cheap box mod (I like Madvapes) to see what you like. 5V or VV.

No, these batteries use a completely different charger. You'll need that.

I was checking out the diy 510 box mod kit on madevapes im just hesitant to get it because I have never really put anything electronic together, Im checking out the reviews on altsmoke.com and some people are using 6v on their SB Im just curious on how it works what do you mean by stacking batteries as in your putting 2 inside the silver bullet instead of one? It seems that the SB would be the only affordable option or getting a DIY Box mod and I dont have the tools to put one together the provari and probuzz are too expensive for me =\

Madvapes has them already put together on thier site Custom Mods
(If that doesn't work, go to madvapes and hit the "custom mods" on the left hand menu list.)

"Stacking batteries" yes, putting 2 in at once.

Lava not released yet for geneal sale. Keep watching the website. Someone said the first part of this month. The ones that have them already either did not buy from a US supplier (I read one person who got one from Spain, I think) or they were on the pre-order list.

This is all I know but I'm not watching it closely like some are. You might find someone that knows better.

Stop now with spending good money on inferior mods. That's just a waste. Buy a Darwin or Provari and you won't be sorry and you won't be smoking ever again either. (I'd get a Darwin, more expensive and worth every penny. Ask for a little discount.)
I Wish I could I just cant justify spending 200 dollars on a mod to my girlfriend lol. I'm sure in the long run it would pay for itself though, is the Roughstack really not worth even buying i'm sure the provari would be better you get what you pay for of course.

FF,

I'd be nervous vaping something that can 3.7 or 6 volts with no in between! To me, 3.7 is a little too wimpy and 6 volt is a little too scorched-tasting! Vaping in the 4-5 range is divine though:) I own a more expensive VV mod too but have recently bought a couple box mods off of James- here on the forums. He has a Little Man variable volt mod for $55. Heres a link to his supplier thread:

http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...age-evercool-quality-look-great-price-31.html

He has a ton of videos too on youtube. His name there is KrimsonDevil. I've bought the 14500 mod and the 18650 mod. I prefer the feel of the littler one- the 14500 Little Man. The digital display is cool too, if you wish to add in more features:)

Also does anyone have any information on modding the pin hole on the DCT 510 to be bigger I saw a video on youtube of a guy who it seemed like bored his hole out bigger to let it get more liquid through? would this be worth my time I am thinking the next time i fill it to do the same with a pen or something maybe not a pen X-D

There's a much cheaper solution than trying new mods unless you're just looking for an excuse to buy something new. :)

Step up the nicotine content when you're stressed or drinking. I have to step up from 18 to 24mg when I'm drinking or the chances that I'll bum an analog from a friend increase. An analog here and there doesn't bother me personally, but I understand I'm in the minority with that opinion.
