Been vaping non-stop (except for eating and sleeping breaks) since March 6th 2010. Had a slight sore throat for a couple of days towards the end of the first week, and a couple of days of a sore spot on my tongue for a couple of days during the second week. Adverse reaction to PG? Who knows? Symptoms went away and never returned.

Considering what I had to go through when I first started smoking cigarettes ... remember your first deeeep inhale? ... I figured the payoff was worth the slight inconvenience.

I didn't mark the calendar. It has been several months and maybe a year. - The only adverse effect is that it turns out the addictive behavior I exhibit that caused me to smoke habitually now seems to cause me to buy every flavor of juice I can get my hands on and all sorts of vaping gear i probably don't need.

I'm sure this has been asked, but I'm curious, How long you have been vaping & if you've had any adverse effects that you can hang on the vaping? Myself, 9 months. No adverse effects.

Two years...however I still have an occasional cigarette. I just had one a half hour ago.

If you smoke once in a while you will find out one of the best benefits of ecigs. It's easy to go back and forth beween analogs and ecigs. No more being scared to death of picking up the first cigarette and ending up a pack and a half within a week.

HTH,
Dave
