How do i know if it jumps out of temp control?

The display will change to watts mode.

But does it display the temp setting? No temp setting displayed while in watts mode.

It displays my batterly level, then under neath that in small font the temp then in big font my watts to the right (if i had it on my id take a pic)

Perhaps it is the NI coils causing your issues?
try using regular coils in wattage mode for a bit.
