Hi Metalgear and welcome aboard!

Could be any number of things including the PG thing or muscle soreness and lack of oxygen from chain vaping.

That being said, shortness of breath isn't something to fool with if it's not temporary, and we aren't doctors here and don't give out medical advice in the forum. If your symptoms don't go away quickly and you are concerned, you should consult your doctor.

Stay safe and Happy Vaping!

stop vaping and see if your condition gets better! If not consult a doc.

It's nothing to fool around with. It can BE of various of reasons so it would take probably a screening to actually pin point the problem.

And you should'nt vape constantly at 150-400watts that might also be a cause for some.

What vattage have you been vaping recently and all the years?

good luck, hope the condition gets better. :)

Definitely drink more water. Many people, whether they vape of not, don't drink nearly enough water on a daily basis. I have to constantly remind Mrs. 'tude that soft drinks and iced tea are not water. I think in her mind, water = liquid which is so not right.

If you've made a connection between the ache and citrus flavors, no matter how much you like them, different flavors are a good start.

If you do see a physician and you're comfortable with sharing the results, please do let us know.

Stop chain vaping. Raise the nicotine strength so that you vape less. Try other base types such as >VG. Try flavours that don't contain citrus, cinnamon, vanilla.

Vaping is not a substitute for breathing, and if you are vaping a vast amount more than you smoked - which it sounds like - then maybe you just exchanged one bad habit for another. It also sounds like you're sub-ohming (3mg nic), and nobody knows the consequences of high-volume high-temp RBA use at this time. If your health has any value to you then maybe it's time to weigh up the issues. Why did you give up smoking? If it was for better health prospects then it might pay you to think about the issues here.
