vaping is quite popular in Korea. You can find a ecig shop locally around a 5 mile radius. I have been to many of these vape shops but i have noticed its very different from the shops over in the U.S. Korean vape shops only sell ego type batteries and are insanely overpriced. About a pair of 900mah battery are about 100000 to 150000 won (around 95 dollars). And the ejuice are 35000 korean won for a 20 ml and you have to buy the nicotine liquid seprately for 5000won (5 dollars). These devices and juice are all korean made and are at high quality, but a hundred dollars for a pair of ego batteries? You can buy a decent APV and some juice with that. A couple of my buddies have bought these "ego" batteries and cartos and they've been using it for months now, but once their coils burn out or something is broken they have to get replacement parts at a high price. Plus these vape shops dont sell any atomizers, coils, basically anything rebuildable. I have asked the shop owner if they sell any of these type, and they had no idea what i was talking about lol. Clearomizers and cartos are twice the price you would buy on any vape shop. Im guessing Korea isnt really into rebuildables, mods, and APV's yet. Im hoping mec mods and APV's will become popular soon or later so i dont need to order stuff online and wait for months to get here. If anybody is from Korea, does anybody know where i can buy rebuildable parts? Thanks for reading.

Although vaping has become quiet popular in Korea over the past few years, it is true that what you can buy is very limited. Most are ego 510 compatible, and the ones that I've heard of that aren't are mods, which are, too, limited in number. Most electronics sold in the stores are brand products, which like you said cost 100,000won a pair on average. Those that do carry cheaper batteries still sell them at least 5000WON higher than you can buy on the internet.

I suggest that you do most of your ecig shopping online. Like I said above, they sell mod parts, rebuildables and batteries at prices similar to those in the US.
Since nicotine shipping is illegal in Korea, you have no choice but to buy them in stores if you want to buy them legally. They usually cost 15,000won for 2ml though..

Here's a list of the cheapest eliquids that I could find. Most of them are USA imports.
