I guess the temperature goes above 250*C to get a decent vapor? If i am wrong, please correct)

Yes, you are wrong. For instance I can get a decent vapor at 230 Celsius. Some people here on the board get a decent vapor at a lower temperature than that. [Removed]

When I use TC I never get close to 230 C. Usually around 190 or 195 on the mods. Of course have no way of knowing if that is indeed the real temp.

A crude single point test of temp accuracy is to put a dry cotton wick in it and test fire for a second.

Dry cotton should just barely singe at 420f, if it doesnt slightly singe then your mod is reading high, if it burns then your mod is reading low.

195-210 is is where I usually vape at.
