Actually, I'm carrying like 3 e-cigs full sets just in case something goes wrong. I really hate doing it now. 4081, 901, and 801 - all of them. Takes me about 5-10 minutes to gather all the stuff around regarding e-cigs these days. Couple of carts for each models, bunch of juice bottles that I don't even plan of vaping, but because of what if scenario. Some USB chargers for batts, as well as USB pass through, and kensington power pack, in 3 separate boxes. I know it's an overkill, and I hate dangling along all those stuff. If the batts and atomizers were reliable enough, all I'd would have carry is maybe the cart. Even the carts, if each fully filled carts are as much as what they advertise, I woudln't even have to bother with carrying extra juice!

I'm really hoping with my upcoming SD, I'd be able to just take along half of what I'm carrying - extra atomizer with cap, 1-2 small bottles of juice of the day, and 1 extra battery. That's all I want to, and am willing to take along daily.. and I'm just hoping SD is as good and reliable as others are saying.

This goes with me everytime I leave the house. I use an SD as my primary and have never needed a backup. But I carry enough for 3 complete 901's just in case someone steals my SD...

My primary is my Janty Kissbox....I, too have the Screwdriver, but it's still a secondary devise....I just like the 801 carts better....

I pack up each day:

4 KB batteries

3 KB attys

2 manual switches for the KB

3 small bottles of Juice (JC sample bottles)

the SD

1 901 atty

Everything (except the SD) fits nicely in a bracelet box I had left over from my jewelry selling days....the SD rides along in the front pouch of my purse.

I have two travel sets.
05162009197.jpg

On the left is my daily work set. it contains two 4081 batteries and one atomizer (with pen style tip) plus two dse901 batteries and two atomizers. I use this for going to work since I work in a very dirty environment and need an automatic battery so my hands are free to work. The 4081 is the one that gets used during working hours and the 901 is for the time commuting.

On the right is my Dura C with the PCC. I use this set when I am going out. I don't carry the PCC when I am working because I do not want to destroy it and I am reasonably sure it will get wrecked if I carry it to work.

the two 1 dram dropper bottles go with me every day regardless of what PV's i may be carrying. Right now one is empty because I just cleaned it for a fresh fill up.

If taste is the only problem with your first atomizer you just have to clean your atomizer with warm water (not boiling) put some dry toiletpaper where you normally put your cartridges (against the bridge), let it dry for about a day and mostly it'll work just fine again.

I tried that like 3 times. I tried some other methods too that I found around the forums (cola, lemon juice, vinegar...) to no avail. I just consider that atomizer a lost cause

Friends e-smokers!

I e-smoke for 6 months now. I try everything. I also order directli from China, (three diferent factories). I try even "so great" janty kissbox (I have 5 of them) and I have 4 dura!!!
I change all together about 50 e-cigaretes, cigars and pipe and now I'm writing this with not even one e-cigarette woking!!!

This is Chinese ****! Such poor quolity shudn't be put in sale at all!!!!!

I rader won't calculate how much money I spend for e-smokin in 6 months.
That's about how much money you'll save with e-smoking instead normal cigarettes!!!

STUFF DON'T WORK!!

The sallers are making good profit because of monkey like us!!

I'm sorry but that's the way it is!!

The atomizers from TW, I have purchased several, take some time to break-in correctly. I find they start working around day 3-4 dont know why, they just start producing more vapor and better taste. While you may have gotten a DOA one, I doubt you got more than one, check your battery to atomizer connection and make sure it is clean and that there is contact between the center posts. Hope this helps.

I have only been on the e cigs for three weeks, not touched an regular ciggie since that day. Started with super mini and it is still going strong. I now keep this as a back up having bought a TW platinum mini a couple of weeks back. I prefer the 901 strangely because it looks less like the real thing, less questions in public places that way. My atomizer stopped working this morning after one puff. I drained it last night and put a freshly topped up cart in but nothing. Then I remembered another thread on this very forum. I dripped a couple of drops of e liquid straight onto the atomizer, replaced the cart and it has been going strong all morning. This is the second time this has happened both times after draining carts overnight. My wife is now using the super minis but is hankering after my 901, better vape all round for me...I have just placed an order with TW for her...should be a nice surprise and stop me getting ear ache.

So I bought a super mini at a mall kiosk and it works great. i came to these forums where everyone bashed them so I decided to buy a dse901. It worked great for about a month then it started to taste horrible. So I bought a new atomizer from totally wicked because they were the only ones in stock. So I got the atomizer, and it didn't work at all. I had to pay $8 for shipping to get a new one. Then I ordered 3 more from them so I would be ready. 2 of the ones I ordered were DOA which I didn't realize until after 7 days. The ones I have left that work just BARELY work. im sitting here smoking kools ...... as hell. I hate vaping now.
John i am sorry hear about your annoyance at the situation and bevy of bad luck you have suffered of late with the E-cigarette, I too know of this discouraging line of events when nothing seem to go right and everything seems unworkable and pointless to the edge of a precipice were you want to chuck it all in and forget you ever heard the name ‘E-cigarette” ..My frustrations in here and with these personal vaporizers is legendary from the very! first day i heard the name - e-cigarette, just ask around ..I would curse the gods when i screwed together my first atomizer and batteries at the very beginning, either it didn’t work or stopped functioning with in days and sometimes hours & minutes or just plain and simply DOA as you have experienced

Granted when i started experimenting and vaping these devices they were new! on the market and still in there infancy faze, but since then the technology has come leaps and bounds to the point where no longer are the days of pulling the hairs out from the top of my head and chest with a complete! psychotic break down over not being able to smoke nor vape cause of lack of money after spending so much on these e-cigs and then no longer having the cash to buy analogs either when all my devices have seized to work ..Need my nicotine hit… nicotine hit! …ahhhhh!!

I could give you a pep talk and a pat on the back to symphonize or i could just tell you to get your wallet out and buy a Dura C from www.jantyUSA.com or buy a 510 from David@eastmall www.eastmall.net - Eastmall International Co.,Ltd.

If you have ever! trusted or listened to anybody in your life then listen to and trust me! now! my friend, you will not regret nor will you look back after vaping on the sweet technological nectar that is the 510/Dura C.

I have had my duraC/510 for almost 2 months and 20 days now and i am not kidding you when i say it’s one amazing! personal vaporizer/E-cigarette. My 510 is still going strong after the 2 months and 20 day mark, it gives off vapor like a chimney possessed and its going great guns at 90% of its original power from the day i first started vaping on it, joytech who makes this actual e-cigarette got it right with this thing and if you were smart you would take my advice and just buy it! And you'll see what i am talking about for yourselves. This is just my! personal opinion and opinions will vary from member to member in here on advice and preferences, this is my opinion and preference, and i have had much experience with these devices over these past two years

Janty sells the Dura-C for $58USD, and Jeff at Janty is a personable fellow and very! friendly and gives you a refund or replacement with no! questions asked.

There is also a guy named David at Eastmall as i mentioned above, now he is one unbelievably! cool guy that will bend over backwards to keep his customs happy and he sells the 510 which is the same e-cigarette as the Dura C just by another name, well David @Eastmall sells his 510’s for $43USD …I would recommend David at eastmall just for the pure bliss and satisfaction you will receive from his outstanding customer service, IMHO ..Janty is abit back logged at the moment with massive orders for there Janty-stick and i do not think they have the Dura C in stock at the moment

Anyway i hope i was some help to you, and just go buy a 510 or Dura C ..Your vaping woe’s and stress will dissipate over night in a cloud of vapour.

Pm me if you need any help, I can get you a good deal with david at eastmall, he is a good friend of mine so keep that in mind, either way i really do wish you much luck with it all mate:)~Rick

The best is to probably read this forum about different experiences people have with products. Lots of it is personal preference, and there is no guarantee that even the same manufacturer will not get a bad batch sometimes.

I have several PV models with spare parts for all and my favorite is 510 too (with manual batteries). But for me the atomizer lasts a week at most. Other people make it last longer. But I recommend for new users not to set your expectations too high. I just ordered 30 spare 510 atomizers and these things are not cheap! I kind of resigned myself to the fact that I will not be saving much compared to analogs. At least not until the next generation of atomizers comes about.

Thank you Sar!
Atomizers last from 1-3 weeks for the 510 model.
I and my friends tested it (we order it from china and some from janty).

And TommyGun, There are quite a lot different states in this world and not just your Canada and quite a lot different languages beside english, I speak and write 4, You? (Looser!)

Sar the reason i have high expectations and i am trying to expel my high expectations onto others is because i have 20 x 510 atomizers and all of them work perfectly! *tested* with no DOA or faults in any of them and 3 of them have stood the test of time thus far, almost 3 months time to be precise ..Either i am having unprecedented luck with the 510 or this is the norm ...Granted! i am sure that not all! The 510 kits or parts will be fault free, that would be silly to even suggest, i am just saying for me i have had no such problem with that particular personal vaporizer..not once! ...nothing has died or dropped in performance in any significant way in almost 3 months now, just shy.

Why start out with a beginners device when you can go straight to the best!, that defies logic to me mate, that's all i am saying. I'm not doing anything special to take care of my 510 atomizers, puff, rest, puff, rest ...sleep ....then do it all over again the next day without any frustrations what so ever...the 510 is totally reliable, it’s just that simple ...again just my opinion and i have not heard many! if any complaints about the 510 or Dura C as of yet ...I am sure there are some! problems & issues here and there about the 510 but none that I’ve seen, read or has caught my eye on here or most other forums since the 510 came out..

The 510 is the only e-cigarette that i even concern myself with anymore, I’ve found my nirvana.

I kind of understand where you’re coming from Sar, I just respectfully disagree on a few key points that you have made on the matter, But i respect your opinion nether the less:)~Rick

I don't know what your doing with your atomizers for them to last such a short amount of time, but ...battery voltage to high or faulty charger, are you using a Mod with an overly high amp output? ...but that suprizes me to hear 1 to 3 weeks then dead.

Well my luck is holding and my 510 atomizers are standing the test of time, sorry to hear that yours obviously do not:)~Rick

Hi, new to here and vaping, a freind of mine introduced me to the concept about a month ago. After some fairly extensive research over that weekend (I haven't got loads of cash and wanted to try and get it right first time), I plumped for the Titan 510. Bought 2 spare atomisers, 50 blank cartridges and 2 bottles of TW fluid alog with the Titan PCC kit - thought the big initial investment would help me persevere. Been vaping for 2 weeks now and haven't had a single analogue (I love that term btw, made me smile). I found the Titan to be an excellent product, an impression that seems well supported here. Still on my original atomiser, I have vaped pretty heavily being a former 40-a-dayer of rolled cigs but I've still got one and half bottles of my juice left.

At the risk of sounding like a fan-boy, this product has changed my life. I'm already trying to convert all the smokers I know and quite a few of them are keen to adapt.
