After a quick search I think what I need is WTA juice, which will make vaping more like smoking tobacco. However I only found one company that makes it, and it's too expensive, guess I'm going to start saving up some cash.

I got mine from Mothers Milk. mothersmilkwta.com, it is not as expensive as Aroma and worked well for me.

I'm already hooked on one drug, I really don't want to take a combo to get the same pleasure. I especially however don't want to go back to inhaling a combination of 100.000 chemicals to feel the nicotine. Any healthier alternatives ? I heard drinking a lot of water helps, but up until now it only helped with my ecig associated dehydration/

Ok first off, dramamine is harmless; it's an antihistamine; I've taken it at bedtime for 30 yrs, because it causes the heavy-eyes better than benadryl (sominex, same drug as benadryl).

2nd, cigarettes have about 4,000 chemicals, not 100,000.

3rd, ginger is as effective for nausea (or motion sickness) as dramamine, if not moreso.

4th; you definitely need lower than 12mg, if 12mg makes you sick; 12mg made me sick too. If 6mg is too weak, then get both and mix them to make 9mg.

Also.. has anyone mentioned WTA? It contains more of the stuff that is somewhat addictive that is in cigarettes, but is still MILES safer than smoking. Many of us who couldn't get this done using plain nicotine, use WTA, which really works.

And finally... however you did things as a smoker is TOTALLY IRRELEVANT. This isn't smoking, it's vaping, with vapor, which is not smoke, will not absorb like smoke, and shouldn't even be inhaled in the same way as smoke.

Bottom line is, if it makes you nauseous, then it's not working correctly; you either need less nicotine, or less chainvaping. I couldn't do without the chainvaping when I started, so I had to go to 6mg. As soon as I quit smoking, I had to go to 8mg, then 9mg, then 10mg; nowadays I'm at about 10.5mg, with WTA, and I don't chainvape as a rule -- only now and then.

Oh and also... drinking a lot of water is only good if you don't also drink anything with caffeine or alcohol; coconut water is more useful for hydration purposes, because you don't have to drink as much to get and stay hydrated, which means less ......, which means less dehydration/mayhem to your electrolytes.

Also wholecig.com -- theirs is totally clear, no odor/smoky smell. mothersmilkWTA is best for tobacco-type vapes, because of the smoky smell -- I use wholecig's for my sweet vapes, so they don't end up tasting funny. :D

Wholecig's is a little more costly than mothersmilkWTA, about .25 per ml more, but LOTS cheaper than aroma's.

I don't smoke tobacco flavors at all, but funnily enough, I enjoy the MM in my sweeter vapes because most are a bit too sweet for me. The MM cuts the sweet down a bit for me. I know, I'm an oddball. :)

I actually mix it up in mine, but I'm just trying to stretch the more-costly wholecig WTA. :D Since WTA is currently 9% of my ejuice, for the sweet ones I make it 6% wholecig's, 3% MM; that way the smoky smell doesn't mess up the sweetness too much. But soon (this weekend!) I'll be at 8%, so I'll probably keep the 3% MM since it's not mucking up the flavor, and just drop the more-costly wholecig down to 5%.

I'll be glad when I no longer have the economic burden of WTA, but I'm not about to rush it. At least with my reduction scheme of dropping it by 1% a month, I should be done with WTA by the end of the year.

Wow, theres a lot of good information on this Forum. OP, I have also been off Analogs for three weeks as of today, and I find that 6mg is a good strength to start at for me. I'm 5'10" , 185lbs and smoked camel wides FF at about 1 1/2 packs a day. My current set up for the past 5 weeks (weaned off cigs while beginning to vape) has been an e-go clearomizer. I vape about 6-8 ml of liquid per day and I haven't had any issues with strong cravings. However, I'm in the process of upgrading to an Aspire Atlantis tank and an IPV3- 150 mod (and IGO-W), so we'll see how that compares. :)

Hopefully you get your nic levels sorted out and keep off the cigs, I feel so much better without them and it's nice to be able to take full, deep breaths and smell and taste all of your food and not stink. Congrats on quitting, and if you like tasty vapes, give cuttwood a try in the future. Currently vaping on Sugar Bear...it tastes like a bowl of golden grahams with a hint of cinnamon. :)

Welcome to you too! I also started at 6mg, yeah probably was vaping that much per day, at first; though when I finally quit the smokes, I had to go up a bit, 8mg, 9mg for quite a while, then 10mg, and now at 10.5mg, though I only vape about 4ml a day anymore; the higher mg and the WTA keep me satisfied so I can actually put the thing down sometimes. :D

You'll get used to it. It's easy to overdo the nic a little at first. Especially if you're trying to vape through the initial cig cravings. As you have noticed, you'll know when this happens. No big deal. Just not a good feeling, I know.

I think you'll adapt without even knowing it. If not - try to lower your nic strength a little.

I am doing good with using the WTA on and off. If I feel like I am getting too anxious I put a few drops in my tank. I realized yesterday I had gone 2 days without any! So what did I do? I got all twitchy and added some in this morning. :glare:

I guess my method works for me if I don't over think it!

Because the whole "quit smoking" thing is so fraught, so prone to misinterpreting the brain's signals (is this a thought? or a craving? etc), I just use a standard amount in everything I vape, so I have no need to think about it at all. I just vape; my brain is getting enough of what it needs that it leaves me alone with the stupid cravings, so I know, if I think of smoking, it's not a craving, it's just a thought, and I let it go. And I need to let the WTA go, too, but not abruptly, or I might have more of those REAL cravings... no thanks!!!! So I'll just ease it out slowly, so my brain has the opportunity to adjust itself very gradually to just plain nicotine.
