Hi, first post here :thumb: I got my first e-cig days after hearing about them and 2 days after I quit and was going through withdrawl. I did a couple google searches and found a couple different ones. I chose the "PR110" from Premium E Cigarette.com, I'd give you a link but can't for 15 more posts. I chose it for a couple reasons: read about having to clean and fill the 3 piece design and opted to have disposable atomizers, just quit smoking and wanted something small and close to an analog, the free shipping for that order and replacement cartridges, and that "thing" you feel from some websites.

I've been using it for a couple days now and like it a lot. I also bought their charging case 808E-PACK, which appears a couple different suppliers offer.

My questions are:
-This PR110, I'm guessing that's Premium's part number, what other manufactures/suppliers offer the same e-cigarette so I can look at other cartridges, accessories, and replacement parts.
-With the 808E-PACK case, when I put my second battery in and it's done charging the light goes on and off randomly once it is charged, does it keep going on and off wasting the case's power? And, if I charge 1 battery and plug the charger in will it automatically stop or should I unplug it after X time?
-They say that it can charge up to 5 batteries, is this true? I like leaving the battery completely screwed in so that it is not loose.
-I want to get a USB corded battery for this. I'd rather not have to charge as much and most of the day I am at a computer. Is there one recommended more than another?

I have a couple more questions, but once I know other suppliers model and part numbers, I'm sure I can find most through searching.

A couple things about the supplier PremiumECigarette, they are awesome to work with. Really one of the best companies customer service. They shipped the same day, and I ordered in the afternoon. I had a weird problem, my charger quit working. I called on Wed, which was a holiday, and explained what happened. They normally only ship USPS which does not opperate on holidays. After talking to him, he agreed to drive out to UPS to ship it overnight, and I also ordered a couple cartridges.

So if anyone can help me out that'd be great & greatly appreciated!
Thanks Again!

welcome to the site!!! i would guess the "PR" is premiums tag but the 110 may be the number, or just how long it is. do you see a model number anywhere on it,boxes it came in, or the manual? i found a site searching for just 110 and found this .. E Cigarette Anti Smoking Aid - Realistic Flavor and Look - Wholesale Electronics

congrats on getting off the analogs too, i would put money on it, that (if you stick with the e-cig) you will eventually venture out more and try another e-cig. the 3 piece isnt that much of a hassle really. you will find alot of your e-cigs that dont look like(mimic) real cigarettes usually perform better then those that do, with better taste and more vapor. and if you ever get to the point where batterys seem to die within an hour and hate it like i do ... try either making or buying a modded e-cig .....

let us know if that was the one you have, or if you find any model numbers, good luck

Welcome aboard!

I'm only into my 8th/9th day of vaping but I checked that website here and it appears to be almost identical to the model and kit I got from here. Just so you'll know, it appears to be the KR808D-1 which if you read the forums you'll find all kinds of great information about them.

Your charger looks identical to mine also and I've found that I have to push the battery slowly but firmly into the usb part (do not twist) and ensure that it is fully seated, then plug it into the AC part and plug the whole bit into the wall outlet. Not always, but most of the time the tip of the battery will flash a few times then the charging lights turn red. Usually done charging in a couple of hours or more, once the lights both turn green/blue you should be all set.

You'll notice that a freshly charged battery with a new cartomizer will give you the best vape and flavor. After a few good vapes, it deminishes in both vape and flavor a bit then you'll know when it's about empty when you just start to taste and smell a "burnt" flavor. You'll find so many tips and tricks for our KR's in these forums along with videos and even youtube - just type in KR808D-1 or Greensmoke e-cigs. I refill my own cartomizers and really enjoy the RY4 flavor.

I ordered a new Joye 510 kit which should be here tomorrow. The 510 seems to be the most popular e-cig around here with really great accessories too.

Again, just search for and read up on the KR808D-1 and you'll find all the information you're looking for. For example, if you look at the threaded portion of your battery you'll see two (2) tiny holes on the side. Now look at the cartomizer threads and you'll see 4 slots. Put them together fairly snug, then while looking closely at the threads, unscrew them until a hole lines up with a slot to get more air for your vape. Perhaps only half a hole lined up and you may find the right air mix.

Anyway, good luck and DO NOT touch another analog!

Thanks! I had quit a year ago and for whatever stupid reason I started a couple months ago. I found that the e-cig is a great help in quitting analogs.

Cheetah, I checked that page. It looks very similar and I came across it this afternoon. That one is a 3piece and the one I have is a 2piece. I didn't see any other numbers or anything on the cig, just the box. I'm almost 100% that shortstuff was correct about the KR808D-1. I had looked at other ones that don't mimic a cigarette, but I think for at least now it's gonna be the best choice for me. Since it is close in size and shape, it's not too far off smoking an analog.

Steve, Kinda funny, today is my 8th day also! I'm glad I re-quit! I'm pretty sure, almost 100%, that it is indeed the KR808D-1. I have noticed that the first ~75% of the battery makes great vapor and flavor, then it kinda tapers off, and at the end is very weak, so it's an easy way to be able to tell how much battery is left. And with the cartridges, halfway through the second battery it starts getting drier and I know there's not much more liquid left. Do you have the USB Case Charger? I started charging a battery on the way home but plugged the charger in an hour or so after, so I have never used the charger by itself for a full battery charge, although they say it is possible to charge 5 of the 808D-1 Batterys.

I noticed the holes the first time I used it. Not only is there a significant whistle that I find annoying, but there's much less vapor. So far every cartridge has lined up almost perfect excpet one. It was kind of annoying to have it loose to have the holes lined up.

I'll have to look up some of the mods. Are there any that almost everyone does? I have seen some other mini's with large batterys and didn't want to do that, cuz I just slip it into my pocket.

Another question I came up with after. I have an iPhone and it uses a USB charger. I was thinking of using a 4 port USB hub on my nightstand with the phone USB in one, the charger in another, and have an open one if I decide to use a USB passthrough. My question is the amperage. The 110 to USB charger that came with the PR110/KR808D-1 is very low amperage, but the iPhone one is at 1 amp. I know it's safe to plug the USB charger right into a computer, and that the iPhone charges and calls for 1 amp. It's a lot of typing but my question is can I use a USB hub plugged into my Apple 110 to USB conversion for the charger?

And does anyone know with the USB Charger Case 808E-PACK, if I put a dead battery into it, it charges for 3 hours, and the light comes on and off if it is actually draining the Charger Case's battery other than for the LED? I'd hate for it to be turning on and off the actual charger if I just carry the extra battery in the case.

Thanks again!

I'm glad that you re-quit and hope that you continue to avoid those nasty analogs.

My KR kit only came with 2 batts, the recharger and 6 refills but not any type of PCC or anything else. I really don't know much of anything about the mA's (milliamps) of either the stock batts (I think they are around 270mA) or if it would be harmful to use a 1000mA (1 Amp) charger, etc. Again if you do some searches you may find the answers you're looking for.

One thing I've learned with my KR is that I will get a much better "hit" and vape if I only draw on it just enough to turn on the LED, a slow easy drag. It doesn't do me any good to puff any harder at all. Actually I take a 2 second short light vape to warm up the atty then a good 4-5 second vape, again very light and it works for me.

Glad it's working out for you.

You purchased a two-piece cartomizer Mini eCig from Premium Electronic Cigarettes & Cigars! Buy Premium E-Cigarettes!
It looks pretty similar to the eCig.COM E9 Electronic Cigarette | E Cigarette | E Liquid - E-Cigarette E9 but I'm not sure it's the exact same model - the cartomizers look a bit different.
I agree, if you search on the KR808D-1 and look at pictures of it and it's cartomizer packs, it looks just like your model. Search on that model number in the forums and I'm sure you'll get all kinds of information.
You could also try to send your questions to Premium's customer support, store@premiumecig.com since you are not sure of the generic model equivalency. Things like chargers, USB passthrus, are all model-specific and using a different model on your eCig of these items could break your battery or atomizer even if it fits. Even ask them if it is compatible with the KR808D-1. The worst they can do is not answer or lie.

Thanks Mike. I've been searching a lot and I think I'm gonna get some different flavor juices and try some of that. I still plan on using most of them once, as that was a big reason I went with the 2 piece. The slight cost savings of filling every one is not worth it to me. I want to fill some just so I can have some different flavors.

Does anyone know about the charger case? It's pretty popular from what I've seen. I'm curious about 2 things. After a battery is charged when the light flashes is it actually charging and wasting battery? And if I fully charge the case, how many batteies could really be charged? I charged two batteries from one full case charge and I have it plugged in for an hour or so before I go out. I couldn't imagine charging more than the 5 batteries in one day it says it will charge, but is the case possible of that?

Where does everyone get their empty cartomizers and juice from? I'd like a wide range of juice flavors to try from.

Thanks again!

There are tons of juice suppliers. Look at the suppliers list on the first page of the forums at the bottom. You can either find a preferred dependable one and stick with them, or look at different sites regularly and search the forums on the lookout for sales. Also check out the list of suppliers to watch out for, I think it's a sticky in the new members forum.

Just wanted to pop in and say that you don't have to unscrew the cartomizer on the KR808D-1 to "line up the holes" for better air flow. I, like many others, thought you had to do that. But on closer inspection I noticed how there's about a half a millimeter of space for airflow between the cartomizer and the battery when it's screwed in tight. I'm not talking about the 4 grooves in the cartomizer either.

The cartomizer never comes close to sealing the holes on the battery, there's some space there for airflow.

It's hard to explain. Just screw them in slowly and look real close and you'll see what I mean.
