Am I the only one that didn't know e-cigs were not in the Lawrence smoking ban?

I am however very happy that they excluded ecigs all on their own!

I couldn't find any information when I read the bill was before the Lawrence council and that same media outlet did not include any details at the time.

Until you posted that, I was still ignorant as to what the heck was included in the thing.
