What's your story? What do you ride? What's your set up while riding?
Now I have a bunch of electric stinky lighters that I won't need.:) When I started vaping a lanyard came with one of my first kits. I threw it in drawer with the thought I'd never wear a ecig around my neck. No way! Not me! The weather here has been beautiful and I had motor fever. I grabbed a spinner, a evod tank, knocked the dust off the Road King and saddled up. Thinking where am I going to put my vape? First, I tried the cup holder to much vibration, then the windshield and tank bags. I didn't like that idea because I'd have to fiddle with zippers and snaps. I learned after loosing several cell phones my jean pocket wasn't an option. Then I remembered the lanyard and the rest is history. I find "motorvaping" so much safer. No more fiddling and taking my eyes off the road. Vape it and drop it.
vaping and motorcycling have this in common: It doesn't matter what you ride or what you vape as long as you do it!

I have a 2010 Fatboy garaged and collecting dust - 250 miles on her... bat is dead, no insurance, no tags, no inspection, no endorsement on my lic., I think the fuel has varnished and I am going to have to clean out all the lines and injectors -- going to get her going tomorrow hopefully.... was overseas for almost 6 years is why.

Dont have a windshield - am wondering how the wind will be on the lanyard - and definitely would have to put the e-cig in a shirt pocket I think.

I've basically rebuilt, maintain and ride an antique 1977 Honda Goldwing. I was pretty quick to realize that a lanyard was essential if I was going to have a vape while sitting at a light or riding, as you never really know when you're going to have to drop it to grab a needed control for some reason. (Usually the clutch)

Riding over 50 MPH I drop the ego inside my coat or shirt and it just bounces around too much. And yes, I do have a large windshield.

Before vaping I'd light a smoke during a break and it would last all of about 4 minutes once we were underway. The worst part was disposing of the .... as there's no good place to do that and you tend risk hitting another rider behind you.

Anyway, it's the only reason I keep the ego around.

I ride a 2003 GL 1800 and use my Proto Vapor DNA30 with the belt clip.
I made a small loop with a zip tie and attached that to the swivel ring that came on the Run for the Wall lanyard I already had.
I've found that my preferreded Kayfuns & Taifun GTs tend to leak wile on the bike.
Still working on a solution but, for now, I'm using an Aspire Nautilus and it work well.

I've ridden for about 30 years, and currently my main ride is a 2013 Yamaha FJR. Im one of those crazy safety conscious riders and ONLY ride ATGATT, with a full helmet...so cant really vape while riding. I do vape when I take rest stops though :D

I haven't seen "ATGATT" (All The Gear All The Time) since I was a member of the KLR650 forum. I sold my 06 KLR650 in 2010. I miss it wicked and can't wait to get another bike. I would probably use a lanyard with a Itaste VV V3.

I ride a 2000 Fat boy with my kayfuns using a lanyard around my neck all the time. They will leak when riding without the windshield on. I have a detachable windshield. With windshield on, no leaks. Seems the air when riding w/o shield blows down the mouthpiece causing it to flood. I discovered this when I once put a IGO-w loaded with juice around my neck for a quick ride to my local vape shop and had juice all over the front of my shirt. It was blowing out the air hole!

Hubby and I have a 2007 HD ultra classic. Just started vaping so haven't done it on the bike yet... but certainly plan on it. God knows smoking while riding was a PITA. Thinking vaping well be much easier, especially for me, lol! I'll be looking for lanyards. The owner of the vape shop we went to yesterday said he had a friend making lanyards from paracord.
